Assalam-O-Alaikum!

Warm welcome to my blog guys. I hope you all are doing great. I am sharing my health diary with you all. Today 13 June 2026 I have save my daily routine, diet and health related activities in this diary. Health is a great blessing of Allah Almighty. We can improve it through small habits in our daily life. Today is a busy but pleasant day for me. I tried to take care of my diet and health. Along with my daily responsibilities.

I start the day with a happy feeling

In the morning I woke up as usual. I ate a fresh peach after finishing my daily chores. I love seasonal fruits. They are not only tasty. It is also beneficial for health. After eating the peaches. I also took a picture. I always like to start the day on a positive note. Well guys it gives me energy and also happiness for the whole day.

Healthy breakfast

In the morning I had egg, tea and paratha for breakfast guys. I think a good breakfast is the foundation of the whole day. If the day is started with proper food, the energy to work is also maintained. After breakfast I started my daily household chores.

Guys house cleaning kept me physically active and productive.

🧹 House cleaning and physical activity

Like everyday, I paid special attention to cleaning the house. I cleaned the floor and put on the wiper. Although it is a household chore, there is a good amount of physical activity during it, which keeps the body active. I think housework is also a form of physical activity that keeps us from getting lazy.


Enjoy seasonal fruits

After finishing my housework I ate mango. Mango is my favorite fruit in summer. Well consuming seasonal fruits balances our diet. It provides essential nutrients to the body. Eating fruits makes you feel refreshed.

Lunch

At noon I ate rice. I try to use mostly home cooked food. It is fresher and relatively healthier. After eating. I drank water. Then I rested for a while to refresh my body.

Evening tea

In the evening I had sweet toast with tea. After a busy day this time felt quite pleasant. I sat quietly for a while drinking tea and thinking about my day. Such small moments lead to peace of mind.

Water consumption

I try to drink about eight glasses of water throughout the day. Water is an important part of a healthy life. Drinking adequate amount of water keeps the body active and fatigue is also reduced. Water usage becomes more important especially in summer season.


🍨 Happy time with family

At night we all enjoyed a delicious fruit dessert together. It included various fruits. It provide flavor as well as nutrition. Sitting down to eat. Then spend quality time with family is also an important part of good health. As peace of mind has a positive impact on one's overall health.

🌷 Conclusion

Alhamdulillah today was a good day. I eat healthy food, eat seasonal fruits, clean the house, drink adequate amount of water and spend pleasant time with family. In my view, good health is not limited to good food but also includes cleanliness, balanced routine, adequate water, peace of mind and good time with family. We should try to take care of our health everyday because a healthy life is the foundation of a prosperous life.

I really liked that you did not limit health to just good food but also considered cleanliness adequate water consumption physical activity and family time as important parts of health. Starting the day with fresh peaches, having a balanced breakfast and consuming seasonal fruits is really a great habit. Describing house cleaning as a physical activity is also commendable because it helps keep the body active. I would like to explain that all the photos used in my health diary are my own. All original photos is used. I have not used any edited or AI generated images in the diary. Only the cover photo is created by me using Canva. While all other images were completely original and unedited.

I think the "Designed Images" in the contest rules meant images used within the diary. So I included my own original images. If the cover photo was also included in this rule. Please clarify so that I can take care of it in the future.

Furthermore, I noticed that other diary post is given a score as high as 9.7, even though they also used a Canva-created cover photo. So I want to know why my post, which had all the diary photos original and unedited, was given a 9.2?”

I appreciate your effort and time and hope you will take my point as a request for clarification. I will try my best to follow all the rules of the community.

Sister, I did not deduct that many points for your edited photo. However, if it was not an edited photo, you would have gotten 0.2 points more. Apart from participating in the challenge, whenever you write a diary, use the best photo of the day as a thumbnail. Your suggestion will definitely be taken seriously by other users. I would just like to clarify that I did not use any edited images in my diary. All the photos were my own original photos. Only the cover image is created in Canva.

I found all your photos valid. I did not accept any edited photos just because it is stated in the rules. This week we have decided that the score will not be reduced due to thumbnail edits. However, next week we will not accept thumbnail edited photos.
