Warm greetings to all my dear Steemians. I hope you are all doing well and having a beautiful day. Today I am very happy for participating in a challenge organized by @selina1 sister. I am happy to share a delightful and traditional dessert with you Dessert Recipe : Paise Recipe. That sweet dish is loved for its creamy texture. The rich flavor made with rice, milk and the aromatic ingredients. I prepared it with simple ingredients from my kitchen. It is one of those desserts that brings warmth and joy to every table guys. I hope you will enjoy my recipe. I hope guys you appreciate the effort I put into making this sweet treat.

The Ingredients Which I Used For This :

1Rice Half Kg
2Milk Three Kg
3Sugar Three Cups
4Grated Coconut As Own Taste
5Almonds As Own Taste
6Raisins As Own Taste

Procedure :

Step 1:

To begin making this sweet dish. I first poured some water into a large pan. Then I added the soaked rice. I put the pan on the stove. After turning on the flame. I started cooking the rice. So guys it could soften and blend well with the water.

Step 2:

The rice began to cook after some time. Then I the water starting to boil. I stirred it well to make sure the rice cooked evenly. I am making this recipe using the special method my mother taught me. She taught me this recipe. It always turns out to be a very tasty and delightful sweet dish.

Step 3:

When I saw that the rice had softened and only a small amount of water remained. I poured milk into the pan. I stirred it well so the rice and milk could combine perfectly. Then I let it cook for some time. As the dish slowly cooked. A wonderful and rich aroma began to fill the kitchen.

Step 4:

When the milk was well mixed. The rice was soft. I cooked it for a little longer. Then I added sugar and along with it. Then guys I mixed in some grated coconut. I added the sugar. Well I couldn’t taste it to adjust the sweetness because I was observing my fast but it turned out just right.

Step 5:

I stirred it thoroughly. I let it simmer gently. Meanwhile I had soaked the almonds and raisins. I rinsed the raisins. I peeled the almonds. I chopped into small pieces. It is ready to be added to the paise.

Step 6:

Then it is about to complete. I add the almonds and raisins. I mixed in. I let the paise cook on medium heat. I cook for about ten to fifteen minutes. This allowing all the flavors to blend beautifully.

I want to share this recipe with my mom. My mother has always taught me how to cook and guided me to make every dish delicious. That's why I want to share this pudding, which I made using the method I learned from her. The paise is not just a dessert but full of love and family memories. When I share this recipe with my mother. Then not only will she be happy. I will also feel so happy that I made the recipe she taught me right. Besides it will also be an opportunity to sit down and eat paise together and remember the delicious traditions of our family. For me this recipe is not just food. It is also a beautiful moment of love and memories.

I had no trouble procuring any of the ingredients for this recipe. Everything was easily available in the market and I got everything easily. Whether it was rice, milk, sugar, coconut, almonds or raisins, everything was mixed with ease. So I didn't have to worry or search for any ingredients. I bought all the ingredients for my recipe on time and easily and now I can prepare the pudding with ease and joy.

Terimakasih temanku atas undangannya semoga anda beruntung ya.

Makanan tersebut pasti sangat enak rasanya apalagi sudah memakai kacang almond, kalau di tempat ku masakan seperti ini di beri nama ibu(kanji)atau bubur sumsum saya jarang membuat karena rasanya yang manis tetapi ibu mertua saya sering membuatnya walaupun tidak sama dengan yang anda buat, saya makan juga kalau sesekali pasti suka juga

Every culture has its own unique touch in such dishes. Yes, adding almonds makes it taste even more special. Good to hear that your mother-in-law makes it often; Homemade food is always full of love and warmth.
