Warm greetings Steemians. I hope you are doing great and enjoying your day. I am excited to participate in this wonderful challenge organized by @selina1 sister. It brings me so much joy to share a delicious and traditional sweet dish with you all. Sabudana dessert is one of those special dishes. That adds warmth and happiness to any table. I truly hope you will enjoy trying out this recipe. I appreciate the effort I put into making this delightful treat.
༻꧂✅ 1. Make the recipe mentioned above and describe the detailed method with pictures.༻꧂ The Ingredients Which I Used For This :
Procedure :
I began the recipe by thoroughly washing the sabudana. I soaking it for two to three hours. When it was ready. I started cooking by placing the milk on the stove to boil. Well guys even though it had been boiled earlier. I reheated it. When the milk began to boil. I added the soaked sabudana.
Then after adding the soaked sabudana. I let it cook for about ten minutes. While stirring continuously. When it is softened. I added sugar and mixed everything thoroughly until well combined.
While the sabudana was cooking. I also add a cup of cold milk into a bowl. Then I added the custard powder to the cold milk. I mixed it well. So that no lumps would form.
Then I added the mixed custard to the cooking sabudana. When I was adding it gradually. I kept stirring continuously. So that no lumps would form. I cook it for ten to fifteen minutes.
When I saw that my sabudana was almost cooked and ready. I added chopped almonds in it. Then I mixed everything well.
Then guys I wanted to add fruits to this dessert. So I cut bananas and apples. At the same time. I also chopped the almonds. I also washed the raisins thoroughly.
Then I transferred this sabudana dessert into a beautiful glass bowl. I added the fruits and dry fruits to it. After adding them. I mixed everything well. I did not add all the dry fruits. Some I kept aside for garnishing. I adorned the dessert with the remaining dry fruits. This giving it a graceful and inviting finish. Here I Am :
