The service zone that I am reviewing among you is a fuel supply center. Its name is M/s Chatla CNG. It is located on the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway Road at a place called Sitakunda. Since this fuel supply station is located on the highway road, the vehicles traveling from Dhaka-Chittagong to Dhaka are supplied with fuel from here, which provides many facilities to the people, such as diesel petrol and gas. If the vehicles run out of gas petrol on the way, they come to purchase this fuel supply. There are fuel supply stations at some distance on these highway roads.

The advantage of this being on the side of the road is that if the vehicles run out of fuel on the way, they can quickly purchase fuel supply from here and they can avoid problems in the middle because when these fuel supplies run out, they have to take other methods later, which is very difficult. Therefore, it is very convenient to have such fuel supply on the side of the road. The fuel supplies here are given a fixed price by the government and they sell according to that. They provide fuel supply services to the people from here in compliance with all government laws. This fuel supply station has another facility, so there is a restaurant here, when they come to get their fuel supply from here, the passengers have the opportunity to eat breakfast and food from here.

This fuel supply station looks very beautiful as it is on the side of the road and its environment has been kept very beautiful so that everyone can take advantage of it and there are different lines for the customers so that the customers do not have difficulty understanding so there are some working people there they give directions to those who need the type of fuel supply they send them to that line and the people here talk very nicely which impresses the customers. And they always give them as much fuel as they need through conversation.

I was going to visit my friends on my way to Chittagong, as our car's fuel supply was low, we went to this fuel supply station. And bought fuel for the car. I think this fuel station needs to take some more steps like they need to put up a signboard at least one kilometer away from the road because drivers will understand from a kilometer away that there is a fuel station ahead which they can come here and if they come as per the road line then there is no possibility of any accident or traffic. I also think they need to provide some online services they need to keep some cars to provide online services because if some cars stop for emergency supply in the middle of the road then they can call their number and they can come and service the car quickly.
