Shop name
Through the Steemit Learning Challenge, I am going to review a street food shop. The name of this street food shop is Great Burger and Fast Food. This shop is located next to the field adjacent to Doleshwar Ghat, Doleshwar Abdul Mannan Adarsho School and College. If you come to Doleshwar Ghat from any place, you will see this shop next to the school field. This food shop has been established around the school and the field in front of the school. School students, people who come to play in the field and spend their free time are the regular customers of this shop.

This is the complete view of the shop. The shop is like a small room. There are open windows to take orders from all around and serve food. There are a total of 3 people in the shop. Among them, there is the owner of the shop, a chef who prepares the food and a waiter who serves the food to the customers. The rule of this shop is that you order the food yourself and the waiter will deliver it to you.

In the evening, when the small lights of the shop are turned on, the beauty of the shop increases even more. The shop has been established here for about 2 years. An entrepreneur has established this shop with his own efforts. So he himself works regularly in this shop.

There is no facility to cook food in the shop so they prepare all the food from home. Here they serve burgers with chicken, sauce and mayonnaise. I am sharing the preparation method of a burger. First they take bread and put mayonnaise and sauce.
This is ready chicken. Then they add chicken.
Then they prepare it in a burger maker and serve it.
Burger
I ordered a burger. The burger was very tasty. It was hot, chewy and soft. The burger was a combination of sauce, mayonnaise and chicken.
Cold lacchi
After eating the burger, I had a glass of lacchi arora. The lacchi was cold. A glass of cold lacchi in this heat helped quench my thirst.
Hand gloves
While eating, they gave me a hand glove so that my hands do not get dirty while eating. I wore it and ate the food. They gave me the burger on a plastic one-time plate. It is really nice to serve clean food in such a roadside shop.
Sitting stools
There were small stools around the shop to sit and eat. I sat on the stool and ate the burger.
Water can
There is a system of drinking pure water here. There is a water can. There is a tap with the water can. You can drink water from here in a glass jar.
Garbage bin
A garbage bin is kept to maintain the cleanliness of the environment around the shop. Garbage is disposed of here after eating.

The shop, the taste of the food, and the other arrangements really impressed me. I was able to taste delicious food for a small amount of money.
