How are you all? I hope everyone is doing well. Today, I am going to start the first week of the 32nd episode of the challenge with a review of educational institutions. Educational institutions are very important institutions for our society, our environment, and our state. In an area, there are many types of institutions such as KG schools, secondary schools, higher secondary schools, or colleges. There are kindergartens, there are madrasas. These educational institutions are playing an important role in spreading knowledge for us to achieve our life's education.

It was very nice to be able to discuss such a beautiful topic. I want to thank our beloved teacher @jimiaera02 apu for creating an opportunity to discuss such a beautiful topic. So, without prolonging the discussion, I am going back to the main stage.

➤Where is it located? A brief history of the Education Zone, Founder, Established period?

The educational institution I would like to discuss with you is Cox's Bazar International School. It is one of the educational institutions in Cox's Bazar. There are kindergartens, primary branches, and secondary branches here. This multi-purpose educational institution is located in Cox's Bazar, Bahar Chara. It has made a great contribution to the field of education. This educational institution was established in 1999. The founder of this educational institution is Dr. Mohammad Sarwar Kamal.

It is an educational institution established under joint ownership. I like the teaching method of this educational institution very much. Thousands of talented students are coming out of the educational institution. Many talented students from different parts of Bangladesh are getting an education from this institution and going to higher levels. Their education is very good here. There are both English medium and Bengali medium. There are more than two thousand students here.

This educational institution is run by a combination of the KG branch, the primary branch, and the secondary branch. Since the educational institution is located in such a place, it is very convenient for the guardians. However, they do not have a playground; all the activities are conducted in the playground below. This educational institution uses the playground of Bir Shrestha Ruhul Amin Stadium during the event.

The teaching method of Cox's Bazar International School is very good. Among all the private schools in Cox's Bazar, Cox's Bazar Internet International School is at the top level. The electricity system here is good. Since Bahar Chora in Cox's Bazar is a VIP area, the electricity system is always good. This institution is managed by CCTV cameras. There is security here.

Moreover, there is round-the-clock security or a caretaker. The guardians allow the students to enter the school, and they receive them themselves when they leave. There may be some problems; not everything will be convenient. One problem with this school is that there is no playground. Even though there is no playground, the teaching method is very good. They study regularly. They do not make any sacrifices for their studies. They mainly use the playground of the government ground, Bir Shrestha Ruhul Amin Stadium, when sports events are held.

For the rest of the events, they use their own playground floor in their building. Their classrooms are very beautiful and clean. The huge classrooms are beautifully designed, which attracts the students. There are pictures of various animals and flower scenes. Such a beautiful, open environment allows air to enter from all sides. The environment here is extraordinary. I collected photographs during my visit and am sharing them with you in stages. The educational environment here is very beautiful. The communication between teachers and students is extraordinary. Moreover, the communication between teachers and guardians is extraordinary. There is an opportunity to discuss problems with the teachers at any time. Moreover, this school conducts exams according to the rules of government institutions. It conducts class activities according to government rules. There is no discrimination against the children here.

They regularly study in the classroom and maintain everything according to the syllabus. They hold assemblies before the start of classes every day. They have a specific school dress, and they have to wear the perfect dress, including shoes and socks, to go to school. Otherwise, there is a punishment system. They have to attend classes regularly. If, for any reason, they do not go to class, then they have to inform the teachers through their guardians of the reason.

There is a very nice arrangement for car parking here. There is a seating area for the guardians and a fan there. Overall, the environment of this school is very nice. I like it very much. My two children are studying in this school.

➤Based on your exploring experience, please suggest what steps can be taken to further improve their opportunities.

Based on my experience, I can say that the facilities there are very good. Since there is a very good transportation facility on the side of the road. The classroom activities are good, and the teachers' behavior is very good. Regular exams are taken, and studies are conducted. Meetings are held with the guardians. There is good communication with the teachers.

Moreover, the communication with the teachers is excellent. And the school management committee is very good. They constantly solve any problem through meetings. They always follow any government rules and regulations. Every year, thousands of students come out and complete their studies from secondary and higher secondary branches. They are staying in schools at various good levels.

One problem is that they do not have a playground. If the education system is not good, then what is the need for a playground there? However, no matter what the teaching method of the educational institution is, a playground is very important for a school. Which, in my opinion, is very important for this school to have a playground. And everything seems perfect to me.
