Beyond the Barrier of Fear and Back to Self
Story
A few days ago I went for a walk along a river in our area. Even though the river was small, it was full of water that day, as if it wanted to spread its accumulated feelings outside. The river has to be crossed on bamboo planks - the planks are not very strong, just looking down you can see the roar of the current.A kind of unknown fear was working inside me the moment I stepped on Sanko. It seemed, if the foot slips? If you lose balance? Right then I realized, this fear is not just Sanko's - it is a reflection of many uncertainties in my life. In real life too, I often walk on such a narrow path, where responsibility is on one side, and fear and doubt on the other.
As I stood in the middle of the river and looked down, my mind grew heavier. Some accumulated negative thoughts began to swirl in the head - am I on the right track? Are you doing enough for yourself? Are you losing yourself while meeting the expectations of others?Like the current, these questions did not stop.
Though
The inner fear and negative thoughts are still not completely gone, but the experience of crossing that river made me a little tougher. I understand that courage is not the absence of fear; Courage means going forward with fear. Like a bundle of bamboo, life is not always firm and steady sometimes quivering,Sometimes sounds scary. However, if you stop, you do not pass.
Lesson
This experience has taught me one profound lesson to move forward in life is not to avoid fear, but to walk with it. Bamboo planks have taught me that no matter how bumpy the road, with faith and focus it is possible to cross.I realized, negative thinking is not weakness; Rather, they are questions within us that seek answers. Once those thoughts are written down, they are no longer burdensome.Rather, it becomes a learning tool.
Mind setup, take a favorite book, continue reading on a topic and write in detail about that topic after finishing the reading. Let us know what book you are reading and take a picture.
There are some books that require a different preparation in the mind before sitting down to read. Fear, curiosity and attraction to the unknown all in one mental setup. Recently I picked up one such book Chotod Priya Shakchunni's Story". When I picked up the book, looking at its cover, I felt that this story is not just for children.Rather, it will also stir our hidden fears and imaginations. At the very beginning of the story, Shakchunni's menacing presence takes the reader into a strange atmosphere. The words are so simple, but they hide deep terror. Shakchunni is not just a scary character here she is a symbol of people's unknown fears, superstitions and unknown nights.
It felt like reading the story it wasn't just any horror story. Here is the weakness of people, the mistakes that happen unknowingly in the gap of busyness,And its results are very finely presented. The emergence of Shakchuni is like a punishment for our ignorance.I intentionally slowed myself down while reading this story. Keeping the mobile away, I read silently. Because the true flavor of a horror story comes when,When the mind is fully present.
Read the story mentioned above and express your own opinion.
This story is not just a tale of famine or civil war it is a profound reflection of human greed, abuse of power, protest, and moral judgement. As I read the story, I felt again and again that it is not a fairy tale;Rather, it is an echo of real events happening in different parts of the world.Civil war is the worst kind of war, because the enemy is no one outside it is one's own enemy. As seen in the story, the powerful of the city are busy displaying their power, but the common people are starving to death. War is decided by the strong,But it is the innocent people who pay the price that is the cruelest truth of this story.
In these dark times, the emergence of Kibria Ahmed is a light of hope. He is not a powerful person, but a protesting voice from the common people. Declaring his name, using a pseudonym, he bravely stood up against injustice. Under his leadership, common people organized, formed resistance,Sitting in discussion which proves that ordinary people can become a force when united.
