Chicken kebab is a very delicious and tasty dish. I have never made chicken kebab before, so I have very little idea about it. This is the first time I have attempted to make chicken kebab at home. Below, I am sharing it step by step.
| S.L | Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| 1. | Chicken | 250 gm |
| 2. | Chana dal | 1 cup |
| 3. | Turmeric powder | 2tps |
| 4. | Cumin powder | 1tps |
| 5. | Salt | As per taste |
| 6. | Green chillies | 4 pcs |
| 7. | Egg | 1 pcs |
| 8. | Chillie powder | 1 tps |
| 9. | Lemon juice | Few drop |
| 10. | Fried Onion | 1 bowl |
| 11. | Coriander leaves | 1 cup |
| 12. | Garlic & ginger paste | As much needed |
| 13. | Black pepper | 1 tps |
| 14. | Soybean oil | As per needed |
⬛First, I washed these lentils thoroughly and soaked them for about three hours. After three hours, I drained the lentils from the water.

⬛Then I added the chopped chicken to the lentils; I had cleaned the chicken thoroughly beforehand and cut it into small pieces.

⬛ Then, I mix all the ingredients well and place it on the stove. I cook it for about 30 minutes, and when everything is properly boiled and the water has evaporated, I take it off the stove.

⬛After cooling the meat and dal mixture, I added chopped coriander leaves, one egg, fried onion, lemon juice and one teaspoon sugar to the mixture.

⬛After adding all the ingredients, I put everything in a blender jar. Then I blended it 4-5 times until the mixture was smooth. I poured the mixture into a mixing bowl, greased my hands with a little oil, and then took a portion of the mixture to shape it into kebabs. I formed all the kebabs in this way.

⬛I heated oil in a pan on the stove, and when the oil was hot enough, I carefully dropped the kebabs in one by one. After they turned light brown on one side, I flipped them over and fried the other side on medium heat. Once both sides of the kebabs were golden, I removed them from the pan.

Now I have taken the kebabs down and arranged them on a plate. The kebabs are now ready to eat. I was very busy today, which is why I couldn't decorate them nicely despite my desire to do so. I only cut some onions into rings and got some tomato sauce.

Now I will present the prices of all the ingredients needed to make this chicken kebab in Bangladeshi currency and the current value of Steem currency so that everyone can understand easily.

Of course, I would feel comfortable serving this chicken kebab at my dining table because I have made it for the first time, so I want to be able to serve it to my family once again at events like guest receptions, weddings, birthdays, meetings, etc. Most of the time, chicken kebabs or beef kebabs are specially prepared for these occasions. While this chicken kebab was not traditionally part of our Bengali food culture, it has recently gained rapid popularity in our Bengali cuisine.
