The theme of the engagement challenge is SLC30-W2 | 24 Hours Travel Reporter : Famous Eating Zone. So let's get started.

What kind of famous food places have you been to? Briefly introduce them.

There is a rural area a little inside the city of Joydevpur, Gazipur and the name of this area is Dhirashram. The name of an old and popular restaurant in Dhirashram market is "Bismillah Hotel and Restaurant". Every day, different types of food items are sold here for three meals a day from morning to night. This hotel is not that grand and there is no CCTV camera system inside the hotel, only lighting, fan seating. There are about four to five employees inside this restaurant and the owner acts as the manager.

The owner of the restaurant is a local to the area, so everyone here knows him. So his customer demand is higher every day than other restaurants and his restaurant's food sells more. Currently, during the month of Ramadan, the tempting dishes of this restaurant include piaju, brinjal chop, potato chop, muri, chickpea boot, roasted burinda, etc. for iftar.

The villagers are also very happy that such tempting dishes are available in a restaurant in the village. However, since it is the month of Ramadan, they prepare to make and sell iftar here from noon and sell iftar from afternoon to evening. They sell food at night. Now, since it is the month of Ramadan, the area around the restaurant is covered with a cloth.

First of all, it is currently Ramadan and most people are fasting during this Ramadan, so there are very few customers in the restaurant during the day to eat at this restaurant. This restaurant is located in the village, so it is not as fancy as the city restaurants and the restaurant looks like a very cheap restaurant. However, even though it is a cheap restaurant, the quality of the food is very good. Because the owner of this restaurant is a local person in this area and he always tries to provide good quality food to the customers at a small profit. In this, his customer base is always increasing every day. Also, the behavior of the students and employees is very good.

How was the demand for food at two different times?

This will be a great answer to my question because I have been to this restaurant mostly at two times, which are in the afternoon and at night. In the afternoon, during Ramadan, they usually sell Iftar items such as various types of chops, chickpeas, roasted, muri and burinda. Except for the month of Ramadan, this restaurant sells singer apuri piyaju and chop in the afternoon throughout the year. All these foods are very delicious, as I have already said, besides, the cheap price and delicious food is liked by all the customers.

Apart from this, this restaurant serves rice items at night, with rice, various types of fish curry, bharta bhaji and naan roti with chicken chaap, beef curry etc. This morning, the food is delicious. I have eaten both meals at this restaurant and I liked it very much.

Now, since it is the month of Ramadan and for these engagements, I went to this restaurant with my husband in the afternoon to post a review. The owner and employees of this restaurant know me and my husband very well, so I went inside this restaurant and took pictures and videos from different angles. The food looked quite delicious, but I was fasting, so I could not try the food when I was in the restaurant.

However, we bought burinda from the store for 30 taka to make iftar, which has a steam price of 4.3. The burinda was quite delicious to eat.
