| Ingredients for Sheek Kebab |

| Chicken meat | 150 gram |
| Capsicums cube | half piece |
| Tomato cube | 1 piece |
| Onion cube | 1 piece |
| Garlic-ginger paste | 1 teaspoon |
| Coriander powder | 3 pince |
| Turmeric powder | half teaspoon |
| Chili powder | half teaspoon |
| Black paper powder | 3 pinch |
| Cumin powder | 3 pince |
| Cornflour | 1 teaspoon |
| Flour | 1 teaspoon |
| Oil | as per quantity |
| Vinegar | 1 teaspoon |
| Soya sauce | 1 teaspoon |
| & salt | as per taste |
First I will marinate the chicken meat, for this I will first add ginger-garlic paste to the chicken meat, then add other spices like chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt to taste. Then I will add 1 spoon of soy sauce and 1 spoon of vinegar to it.
Now I will mix them well with my hands and marinate them. Once marinated, I will leave them to rest for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, I will add cubed capsicum, onion and tomato to the marinated meat and mix them well and marinate them.
Now I will add 1 spoon of cornflour and 1 spoon of flour to these and then mix everything together well and mix them again.
Since we are going to make sheek kebabs, I have soaked the sticks needed for making sheek kebabs in water for a while so that the sticks do not burn while frying the kebabs. Now I will make kebabs by adding capsicum, meat, tomato and onion cubes to the sticks in turn. I have prepared all the sheek kebabs in the same way.
Now it is the turn to fry the kebabs. To fry the kebabs, first I put some oil in a pan and waited until the oil was a little hot. When the oil was hot, I put the kebabs in it one by one.
After putting the kebabs in the pan, I waited for a while until they were brown on one side. In this way, I turned them over and fried all the kebabs well until they were brown in color. When they were fried, I removed them from the pan and placed them on a tissue paper so that the excess oil in the kebabs would be absorbed.

Yes, I had another experience of making Sheek Kebabs before, I made that one for a learning challenge. When I made these kebabs before, Alhamdulillah my kebabs were very beautiful. Today I also tried to make the kebabs perfectly, although I don't know how perfectly I managed to do it. Yes, I like these Sheek Kebabs very much, I often eat them when I go out to eat, and even a few days ago I went out to eat with my friends. It is really delicious.
Alhamdulillah I did not face any challenges while making these kebabs, my entire recipe is very well completed.
