Recipe for making fuchka at home.

Assalamu Alaikum to all my dear Steam friends. How are you all, I hope you are well. Today I have come to present a wonderful recipe to you. Today I will share with you the recipe and ingredients for cooking raw fuchka at home. I make all these wonderful and interesting dishes or pithas in my free time. I always try to come up with something new in front of you, that is, on the Steemit platform. Now I have presented all the steps to make my chili chicken.

All the ingredients I need to make this fuchka.

  • Raw fuchka
  • Oil
  • Dal
  • Potato
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Coriander leaves
  • Onion
  • Raw jaggery
  • Egg
  • Step by step preparation steps
Step 1

First I bought raw fuchka from the market. And then I poured oil in a pan. And then I dropped seven or eight fuchkas into the oil at a time. And when the puffs swelled slowly, I removed them by stirring them.

And then in another pan I added some lentils and some potatoes. Clean them and cut them into pieces and let them boil in a pan with enough water.

And then in a pan I chopped cucumber, chopped coriander leaves and chopped carrots. And then I mixed all the ingredients together.

And then I chopped several onions. And I took a magic spice.

And then the potatoes and lentils were boiled. And then I put the potatoes and lentils in a pan. And then the chopped onions were fried with oil. And then I mixed all the ingredients together with chopped onions, salt, roasted chilies and coriander leaves and made a dough.

Step 6

And then I took two eggs. And then I took a pan and then I added some water and put it on the stove. After 8 to 10 minutes, the egg is cooked. And then I peeled the egg and picked the two eggs with a spoon.

And then I took some tamarind and put a dry chili in it. I took a little salt and more. I mixed it well with a little magic spice and added a little water. That is, I made it tamarind tamarind.

Step 8

And then I took one fuchka and made a small hole in it and put the stuffing that I had prepared earlier inside. And on top of that, I put chopped cucumber and chopped carrots and coriander leaves and all the ingredients I liked. And then I put the egg slices on top. And our fuchka is ready and we will all eat it by putting tamarind tamarind inside this fuchka.
