How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the fifth week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S28/W6, organized by the Honorable teacher @jimiaera02 ma'am. She has brought us a delicious food, whose name is "Fish Kebab". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Prepare the Fish Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures.

Today I am going to prepare a delicious and healthy fish kebab as per the instructions of the respected teacher host @jimiaera02. Before starting to prepare the kebab, I will introduce its ingredients. I am presenting the ingredients for making fish kebab below

Ingredients to make the fish kebab: -

Fish4 pieces
Boot daal1 cup
Chopped onion1 cup
Chopped corianderas much
Egg1 Piece
Kebab masala1 tbsp
Chili powder1 tbsp
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Cumin powder1 tsp
Ginger paste1 tsp
Garlic paste1 tsp
Cinnamon1 piece
Black cardamom1 piece
SaltAs taste
Cooking Oil2 cups

Using the above ingredients, I am now making delicious fish kebab and I am presenting its tutorial below-

Tutorial of the fish kebab

🍲Step 1:-

  • Before starting the recipe, I take four pieces of rui fish, wash them well with clean water and keep them in a bowl.
  • At the same time, I wash the coriander leaves several times with clean water, because the coriander leaves often have soil on them. Then I cut them into small pieces and keep them in a bowl.

🍲Step 2:-

  • Now I wash the boot daal with clean water. I had soaked them for 5 hours before. Once they are washed, I drain them.

🍲Step 3:-

  • Now I put a saucepan on the stove, add a little soybean oil, when the oil is hot, add some chopped onions, a spoonful of ginger garlic paste, 1/2 spoon of turmeric paste, 1/2 spoon of chili paste, 1/2 spoon of cumin powder, 1/2 spoon of kebab masala. Also add a little cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.

🍲Step 4:-

  • When all the items are put in the saucepan, now I mix them, and let them simmer for a while. And add a little water and let them simmer for a while on the stove.

  • Now I put the boot daal that have been drained before in the mixed spices.
  • Now I add finely chopped onion leaves, salt as required,

🍲Step 6:-

  • I mix all the items again carefully,
  • After mashing like this for some time, I add water as required in the saucepan.

🍲Step 7:-

  • Now I put the stove on medium heat to cook well, cover the saucepan with a lid well, and cook it in the stove for 20-25 minutes.

🍲Step 8:-

  • Let the lentils continue to cook, now I take the previously washed 4 pieces of Rui fish pieces and add salt as required, one spoon of ginger paste, one spoon of garlic paste, one spoon of kebab masala there.

  • After adding all the spices inside the fish, I mix them well.

🍲Step 10:-

  • Now I take a frying pan, put it on the stove, add soybean oil as required.
  • And fry the four pieces of Rui fish in the frying pan.
  • When the fish pieces are fried on one side, I flip them over, in this way I fry both sides and when they are fried, I put them on a plate.

🍲Step 11:-

  • Meanwhile, the dal of the boot is also cooked, when the water in the saucepan dries up, I take it off the stove and let it cool,
  • When the dal is cold, I take a blender. Blend the dal in the blender and put it in another bowl.

  • When the pieces of rui fish kept on the plate also cool, I separate the fish bones from there. And I check carefully so that there are no cuts inside the fish.

  • The blend of the dal of the boot is complete, the fish bones have also been cleaned, now I combine the two.
  • Now in between I add chopped onion, green chili, a spoonful of kebab masala, chopped coriander leaves, salt as required.

  • After adding everything, I mix everything together.
  • Then I break an egg and add it to the fish and dal mixture. And I mix that well too.

  • Now I will make fish kebabs. For this, I take some of the mixture and make round shapes and make fish kebabs.
  • I make kebabs with all the mixtures in the same size and arrange them on a plate.

🍲Step 16:-

  • Now I take a frying pan and put it on the stove. I add soybean oil in sufficient quantity,
  • I wait until the soybean oil is hot, when the oil is hot, one by one. I put the kebabs in the frying pan.
  • When the kebabs are fried on one side, I turn them over and fry them on the other side and with oil.
  • When the kebabs are fried well, I spread a tissue paper on the plate .and complete the tutorial fish kebab.

Alhamdulillah, I did not face any challenges while making fish kebab. I was already familiar with making different types of kebabs, I know about the method of making kebabs. Apart from that, I have participated in the previous five different types of kebab making challenges organized by the respected host @jimiaera02. His excellent tutorials and presentations helped me to become more experienced. Using that experience, I made fish kebabs this time too. Besides, all the ingredients for making fish kebabs were at hand, all in all, I did not feel any challenge in making fish kebabs.

The kebab course organized by the esteemed host @jimiaera02 in the 28th episode of the Steemit Challenge was amazing. Each episode of the course was a wonderful combination of delicious kebabs. The kebabs in each episode represented our local cuisine.
We make these kebabs from time to time while entertaining guests. There is a great demand for these kebabs at weddings, birthdays, and family gatherings everywhere.
