How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today I have arrived in the traditional area of the capital, Dhaka, Chawkbazar. Today I will visit a restaurant here called the Mojadar Shahi Kachchi Ghar. The restaurant is famous for its traditional food. Now I will visit the restaurant and set a pin on the Steem-Atlas map.

Another name for Chawkbazar is Old Dhaka. The area is famous for its spicy and delicious food. Every restaurant here has been preparing quality food by keeping this tradition alive. The Mojadar Shahi Kachchi Ghar is one of them.
The Mojadar Shahi Kachchi Ghar is located just opposite the Lalbagh Police Station in Old Dhaka. Most of the restaurant here is small in size, but the sales are more than those of any big restaurant.
The traditional food of Old Dhaka is famous all over the country. No one has visited Chawkbazar, but cannot find anyone who has not tried the food here. That is, the food of the area is so delicious that one has to eat here.
Kachchi biriyani
The Mojadar Shahi Kachchi Ghar is located next to Chawkbazar. Chawkbazar is the largest and most popular wholesale market in the country. Every day from morning to evening, crores of taka are sold. Due to the gathering of thousands of people, the sale of the Mojadar Shahi Kachchi Ghar is also very good.

The restaurant is not very big, about 10-12 people can sit and eat. There is no decoration or much jollity. But the customers who come here do not worry about the size of the restaurant. They only focus on the delicious food. The owner of the Mojadar Shahi Kachchi Ghar, Mr. Amir Hamza, is also a resident of this area. He knows very well how to prepare historical food and distribute it to customers in a cuppa,
That is why he does not worry about the space of the restaurant and focuses more on providing quality food.
Decoration of the restaurant
That is why his restaurant is continuously selling from morning to evening. When you enter the restaurant, you see that there are three tables for seating. Each table can seat four people. Due to a lack of space, customers have to sit in a crowded place. Although there are arrangements for refreshment, it is inadequate. The decoration of the shop is in fair condition.
Atmosphere of the restuarnt
Amidst all these hardships, when delicious food comes to the table, you forget about everything else. The captivating aroma of delicious food makes you forget everything.
Although the restaurant is small in size, 15 people are involved. The restaurant has 1 manager and four employees who provide restaurant services. There is cooking here almost all day long, so 6-8 people are involved in cooking, and 2 more people are involved in purchasing items for the restaurant.
The dishes prepared here are chicken biryani, kachchi biryani, tehari, and bhuna khichuri. Delicious dishes are prepared with fresh meat and spices.

The restaurant is open for customers from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm every day. It is open 7 days a week.

The environment here is not flashy; the decoration is simple. But their excellent behavior makes you forget everything.

I know that chicken biryani is a bit less in other places, but the quantity is less, and the taste is not like here. The taste here is different. I would like to make some suggestions for the further improvement of the shop. Below are the betel nuts mentioned.
- I talked to the owner of the restaurant, saw the customers, so in my opinion, it is necessary to make the restaurant bigger. So that many customers who come can sit and eat together.
- There is nothing to say about the quality of the restaurant's food. Because it prepares traditional food. In this case, my suggestion is that the tradition should always be intact.
- The seating arrangement of the customers needs to be made more comfortable so that they can eat comfortably.
