What kind of service zone did you review? Where is it located? Share a brief description of the service zone.

Today I went to Messrs. Hatibandha Filling Station. The said oil palm is located at Medical Mor in Hatibandha. This zone is part of Padma Filling Station. Padma Filling Station is one of the largest filling oil corporations in Bangladesh. It has many branches. This is one of the branches in Lalmonihat. Diesel, octal, petrol, all types of oil are available here. Here, the price of octal per liter is 150 taka. Diesel is 120 taka. And petrol is sold starting at 200 taka. It has many types of machineries. This is a little big and main oil palm in Hatibandha. Every day, about 1000 to 1500 liters of oil are sold retail from here. Many people come from far and wide to collect all this oil. Due to the existence of this oil pump, the people of the area have benefited a lot and there has been a lot of improvement in business and trade. As a result, it plays a much bigger role in the development of the life of this area.

There are many facilities at the oil pump. Those who drive here can easily get oil from here and hey, the chances of their car getting stuck when they run out of oil will also be reduced. From here, Dilbar says, everyone will be able to go anywhere in their car and the problem of oil shortage will be solved. And there are many facilities here such as fast fueling. And the customer service is very good here. They are served very well. And the customers are treated very politely. For these reasons, the demand for fuel oil is very high here.

➤Discuss in detail the environmental situation of the Emergency Service Zone.

The environmental situation in the emergency service zone was very good, all the services were being provided very well, when I went there, I saw everyone, any problem of the customer was solved very well and here a lot of fuel is produced here, everyone supplies fuel oil from here. Different types of cars are coming from here and supplying fuel. And the environmental situation of the area is very good, special precautions are taken to clean everything and solve emergency problems here. Here, there is enough light and air around, and the environment is open, free from pollution. Some workers are employed to clean it. They make proper efforts to keep the environment clean there.

➤What kind of service did you receive there? Do you think any steps should be taken to improve customer service in this emergency service zone?Share a brief description of your opinion.

After I went there, I bought some oil for my motorcycle and after buying the oil I liked it a lot because their behavior was much better than the behavior of those who work at other fuel palms. I liked it a lot after going there and I liked the environment a lot. The weather around was very good. The employees provide very good and fast service and behave very politely. After going there, when I asked them for the price of any fuel, they gave me a very good price accordingly. Then I liked one of their behaviors that the cars that were there before were given fuel first and they did not discriminate in any way.

Some steps can be taken for development here

• It would be good to arrange some places to sit here because many people have to wait to get fuel from a long distance, if there is a place to sit, they can wait there.

• Payment system facilities Many people do not have cash so for them, cash or bKash payment system

• Keep the environment more clean and clean it quickly when there is dirt.

• To create a list of fuel prices. So that everyone can see the list and know the correct price.

In my opinion, Messrs. Hatibandha Filling Station is an important service center for many of us. It is the most important service center in our area. Its reputation has spread more due to providing fast service and good behavior. Everyone benefits from getting their fuel from here.
