The Diary Game: 10.07.2026 | A Peaceful Friday

Today was Friday, the weekly holiday, so I woke up a little later than usual. Since I did not have any urgent work in the morning, I enjoyed a slow and relaxing start to the day. After waking up, I freshened up and had my breakfast. The weather was quite warm, but the morning was peaceful. I spent some time browsing on my phone and organizing a few small tasks before getting ready for the rest of the day.

As it was Friday, I prepared myself for Jumu'ah prayer before noon. After taking a shower, I went to the mosque and offered the Friday prayer with the congregation. It always feels peaceful to pray together with so many people. After the prayer, I greeted a few familiar faces and then returned home.

After coming back home, I had my lunch with my family. The meal was simple but delicious. Once lunch was over, I took some time to rest because the afternoon was quite warm. Later, I played the SteemHop game for a while. It has become one of my favorite games to play during my free time, and it helped me relax before going outside again.

In the late afternoon, my father and I walked to a nearby mango orchard. Our main purpose was to buy fresh mangoes before the season came to an end. The orchard looked beautiful with rows of mango trees, and seeing the fresh mangoes hanging from the branches was a wonderful sight.

This time, I bought several varieties of mangoes, including Mallika, Amrapali, and Fazli. Altogether, the mangoes cost 350 BDT. Since the mango season is almost over, only a few popular varieties are still available. Mallika and Fazli were the most common varieties in the orchard, and fortunately, the quality of the fruit was still very good.

After purchasing the mangoes, we hired a local van and returned home comfortably with our bags full of fresh mangoes. Back at home, I relaxed for a while and watched a portion of the comedy movie Dhamaal 4. Although I did not watch the entire film, the funny scenes were enough to make me laugh. It was a pleasant way to spend some time before the evening.

At night, I went to play badminton with my friends. We enjoyed several exciting matches and had a great time together. Playing badminton at night has become one of my favorite routines because it keeps me active and allows me to spend quality time with friends.

After finishing the games, I returned home feeling pleasantly tired. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable Friday filled with prayer, family time, fresh mango shopping, entertainment, and sports. Alhamdulillah, I am grateful for another beautiful day.
