The Diary Game | 21 August 2026...
That morning, I woke up and washed my hands and face and freshened up. I had already planned to have breakfast and then leave for Dhaka. That's why I woke up early in the morning, refreshed myself, and fully prepared. Before leaving for Dhaka, I took a shower and then had breakfast. Because if I leave for Dhaka, I will have to make a long journey due to which I might have to feel uncomfortable. So I freshened up nicely and prepared to leave for Dhaka.
I had moved to Dhaka for a job to give a viva for a job. I encountered some situations after going there which I am sharing with you. The day was not very happy, but rather very painful. When I went to that office for my job interview, it took a long time. It is with great sadness that I have to say that even after spending a long time there, he too could not find a good job. But I'm not too disappointed because maybe I'll get what I deserve and what I deserve very soon.
When I came out of Viva after going to Dhaka, it started raining heavily. At that time, I had to stay under a canopy because I was not inside an office or event room. So I was standing on a footover bridge. Standing there, I had to wait out the rain. As I was walking down the street, I was unexpectedly hit by rain that I had never really imagined. It was very important for me to reach home, but I was very surprised to encounter such heavy rain at this moment.
However, I was surprised and continued to pass the time standing on the footover bridge in the rain. Finally the rain stopped, then I had to leave for home. After covering a long distance of 44 kilometers, I would reach my home. I was surprised because it was almost evening. I was more surprised that there was a huge traffic jam on the road. It would take me at least two to two and a half hours to reach home. I must have wasted time by doing this. I wanted to reach home in an hour and a half. But I was delayed by another hour due to this traffic situation.
Anyway, I finally returned home, but it was already 8:00 PM. Still, I am grateful that I was able to reach my home in person despite the heavy traffic jam. When I got home, I freshened up and had dinner, then fell asleep with a very tired body.
Your diary beautifully describes a day filled with mixed emotions, unexpected difficulties, and valuable life lessons. Waking up early, getting ready, traveling to Dhaka for a job interview, and spending a long time at the office must have been exhausting. It is certainly disappointing when we put in so much effort but do not get the result we were hoping for. However, I really admire your positive attitude and your belief that perhaps Allah has something better planned for you.
The heavy rain after leaving the interview and the long wait on the foot-over bridge made the journey even more difficult. On top of that, traveling 44 kilometers through such heavy traffic and finally reaching home around 8 PM must have been extremely tiring. Yet, you remained patient throughout everything and were grateful that you safely made it home. Sometimes a difficult day can become an important part of our journey toward success. Keep believing in yourself, stay patient, and never let one unsuccessful opportunity discourage you. May Allah bless you with a wonderful job that is better than what you expected and reward all your efforts with success.
