Hello friends, how are you? I hope you are all well. Today I have come to our Gopalpur city, i.e. Gopalpur market, to buy raw vegetables. Where our vegetable market has a market twice a week. These two days a week are Saturday and Wednesday. Starting from morning to night, people from different places come to this market to buy various types of vegetable products. So today I have come to our Gopalpur market to buy some vegetables. Our vegetable market is already relatively large. So I have come to one side to buy raw vegetables here, where various types of vegetables are fresh and those who have come to sell vegetables have vegetables produced from their own gardens.

Domestic varieties of eggplant
Where I have already seen a vegetable seller who has come to sell different types of vegetables. I noticed that after talking to the vegetable seller here, I came to know that he has brought different types of vegetables here to sell. For example, first of all, I saw brinjals, these brinjals were planted in his own garden, that is, in his own land, those brinjals got good yields, so he brought them to sell in the market. I noticed that each brinjal was very beautiful and fresh since these brinjals were picked from the tree this morning. Here, the price of each brinjal is being sold at 60 taka. Local brinjals are very tasty and delicious to eat. So I bought one kg of brinjals from here.
Then I went to the opposite side where I saw indigenous varieties of Putal. Where a villager was already selling these Putals. Then when I spoke, I found out that he had planted this indigenous variety of Putal trees in about 30 percent of his land. From which he is already getting a very good yield. Since these Putals will be processed in the market, he collected many Putals from fresh trees in the morning. Various types of insects nest in these Putals, so the Putals are washed thoroughly with water as soon as they are lifted from the land. I hope that I will be able to make a lot of money by selling these Putals. These Putals are being sold at a price of 50 taka per kg.
Here I am already going to mention about raw turmeric. Where we use turmeric almost with food every day. So here I am going to show a picture and details about raw turmeric. Where this type of turmeric is grown underground. These turmeric plants are first planted very beautifully, after a long time, turmeric is produced underground from those plants. When the turmeric becomes completely big, the turmeric is removed. Even that turmeric is brought to the market for processing. Here raw turmeric is used on various occasions and at different times. Or you can buy turmeric from here and dry it in the sun very nicely and then you can make spices with that turmeric through a machine. So I collected about 50 rupees of raw turmeric from here. This turmeric is relatively expensive.
I have purchased about 2 kg of dried chilies from here in a short time. The purpose of purchasing 2 kg of dried chilies is that I will convert these dried chilies into dry powder through a machine. There are various types of packaged spices in the market. But we always buy such fresh and improved varieties of dried chilies. Then I take those dried chilies and let them dry very nicely in the sun at home. After a few days, the whole spice comes out through the machine and after processing in this way, the spice is a great spicy and healthy spice to eat. I purchased these dried chilies for 300 taka per kg.
