Friends, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am well. Alhamdulillah, I am very happy to participate in the Learning challenge first week, and here I would like to express my sincere gratitude for presenting my favorite and delicious recipe. I would like to thank selina1 for giving me the opportunity to present such a beautiful recipe.

✅ 1. Prepare any of the above-mentioned recipes and describe the detailed method with pictures

Among the two recipes, today I will make a fuchka recipe. I love eating fuchka very much, so my I have prepared to make this recipe, and today I will prepare all the details mentioned below to make my fuchka.

Required materials👇🏾

●Onion
● green chilli
●carrot
●tomato
●salt
●cumin powder
●fuchka
● sugar
●chaat masala
●tamarind
●potato
●egg

The Process of recipe


🟫 Step 01

🥧First, I boiled some potatoes and eggs, peeled them, and put them in a bowl.
🥧Then I stuffed the potatoes well.

🟫 Step 02

🥧Then I added salt and cumin powder here.
🥧Then I added chopped onion, green pepper, carrot, and tomato.
🥧Then I mixed everything well.
🥧Then I put oil in a frying pan, and I fried a few fuchka in it and fried them well.

🟫 Step 03

🥧Then, when all my fuchkas are fried, I will take them out on a plate.
🥧I will take some water in a bowl here, and I will soak some tamarind in it for about half an hour.
🥧Next, here I will separately take the powdered spices and sugar on a plate to make the tamarind paste.
🥧Then, first, when the tamarinds are soft, I will remove the seeds inside the tamarinds and throw them away. Then, I will mix all the powdered spices well and make the tamarind sour.

🟫 Step 04

🥧Then I will take the fuchka and break it in half.
🥧Then I will fill the inside of the opened fuchka with the potato filling to make the fuchka filling.
🥧Then I will fill all the puffs with the potato filling and sprinkle my hard-boiled egg on top.
🥧Then I will take a small amount of tamarind juice in a bowl.

🥧Then I will take the fuchka and tamarind paste on a plate and serve it well.

Today's recipe, Fuchka, I made at home, and I am really happy to make the entire recipe myself. Because these types of foods are very delicious and many people have a desire to eat them, but to eat them, we have to go outside and buy them from outside, which is not always good, but it is better to make them at home to satisfy such desires at any time.
