Ice cream is not just a food, it is a kind of feeling. Just as a spoonful of cold ice cream on a hot day refreshes the mind, so too do countless childhood memories come back together. Among the different flavors, every person has a special preference. In my case, that preference is vanilla ice cream.

The taste of vanilla ice cream is very soft, smooth, and peaceful to me. There is no extra bitterness or intensity in it. Rather, a natural sweetness and the smooth taste of milk are mixed together. When you put it in your mouth, it melts slowly and gives a sense of tranquility. This simplicity is what makes vanilla my favorite.

Vanilla ice cream is usually very smooth and creamy. It has very few ice grains, so it tastes soft. Although it feels hard when you take it with a spoon, it melts easily when you put it in your mouth. This soft texture is what makes it different from all other ice creams to me.

The toppings I usually like on vanilla ice cream are chocolate sauce or caramel sauce, chopped nuts (almonds / cashews), strawberry or other fruit pieces, cookie or brownie crumbs. These toppings make the simple taste of vanilla more interesting and interesting.

I don't like all ice creams. I especially don't like ice creams that use excessive artificial colors and flavors. For example, ice creams with too much sour lemon flavor or strong artificial fruit flavor. I usually avoid these because they taste more chemical than natural.

I usually go to an ice cream parlor 1 to 3 times a month. Especially during the summer or when I go out with friends, I get more opportunities to eat ice cream. Sometimes, even if I have a special day or if I am sad, I go to eat ice cream to feel a little better. For me, it is not just food, but a ‘mood changer’.

I would buy vanilla ice cream and share half with him, because the vanilla flavor is suitable for everyone, it is a calm and classic flavor, with which stories, memories and feelings can be shared. The two of us would sit in the corner of a parlor, talking about the joys and sorrows of life, dreams of the future and the present moment. Ice cream was not just a dessert then, but became a sweet symbol of friendship.

Vanilla ice cream is not just a taste for me, it is a feeling, a memory and a piece of peace. So, although there are countless flavors in the world of ice cream, vanilla will remain closest to my heart.
