This tea shop is located next to the North Tolarbagh Gate, on the main road of Mirpur 1, Dhaka. Despite being on a busy road, the interior of the shop is quite quiet and comfortable. The shop is open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm every day. People sit here and have tea on their way to work. There is no problem with parking here either. Because there is enough space to park cars on the side of the road. People park their cars here and have tea.

Tea occupies the deepest place in the lifestyle of the people of my country. Not only as a drink, but also as an integral part of culture, relationships and chat, tea has gained symbolic status here. Be it the start of the morning or a busy afternoon break, from the small tea shop at the corner of the street to the domestic living room. Tea seems to be a common name everywhere, but its impact is extraordinary. The stories, friendships, thoughts and feelings that people have accumulated over the years. Tea has been by their side like a companion in everything. Although the popularity of coffee is growing day by day, especially among the urban youth, tea still holds the strongest position as a cultural symbol

Although various drinks can be enjoyed at different times of the day, my favorite drink is light milk tea. In the early morning, when the surrounding environment has not yet fully awakened, a cup of hot steaming tea seems to remove the fatigue, laziness and smoky feelings of the mind for the whole day and awakens new enthusiasm. This morning cup of tea is special to me not only in taste, but also in terms of mental peace. Sitting before starting the day's work list, light coming through the window and a warm cup in my hand. I consider this moment to be one of the most peaceful, most personal times of the day.

I also like to enjoy a cup of tea again in the afternoon. However, this afternoon tea is not alone. It usually comes with a chat, a story or a little rest. Afternoon tea brings a soft moment to get out of the busyness of the whole day and return to yourself again. And afternoon tea is mostly consumed to chat with friends. Often when we friends chat together, a cup of tea makes our chat more beautiful.

✓ ¿Cuál es el acompañante ideal (torta, pan, galletas entre otros) para disfrutar de esa bebida?

Although the list of foods that go well with tea is long, in my opinion, the most ideal companion is light sweet biscuits or cookies. Especially those old-fashioned butter cookies. Melting in one bite, soft-sweet flavors that mix with hot tea give a different kind of comfort.

If a light slice of cake is accompanied by morning tea, especially vanilla or chocolate sponge cake, then the day becomes a different kind of joy. Sometimes biscuits are eaten with tea. Again, when I sit with friends in the afternoon for tea chat, then burnt bread with tea increases the chat a thousandfold. Malaicha and Pola roti are famous dishes of our region. It is usually eaten by everyone in the afternoon. And I often eat it myself. It is very delicious to eat.

All in all, the sweetness of tea and the simple taste of these small dishes together reduce the fatigue of the day, soften the mind a little, and make the moment more memorable.
