Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject "Fish Kebab". I like fish kebab very much. I liked this week's topic a lot. In fact, I had made it many times before. That's why I like it even more. Because I can make it very easily. Although this recipe takes a little time to make. But it is much more fun to eat after making it. I like to eat this food sometimes. Especially when guests come to the house, it is more fun to make it. I hope you like it a lot.

Details :

First I put it in a fan oven. Then I washed the soaked dals. Then I added all the spices. Then I added chopped onion and chopped green chili.

Then I added water to it and let it boil. Here I kept it on the stove for some time and boiled it well. Then when it was boiled, I took it off the stove.

Then I took the lentils and put them in the blender. Then I blended them. Once blended, I took them in a bowl.

Then I took the fish pieces on a plate. I added all the spices and salt to it. Then I mixed them well with the fish.

Then I put a frying pan on the stove. Then I added some oil to it. Then I added the fish. I fried the fish pieces well, turning them over. When they were fried, I took them off the stove.

Then I cut the pieces in half and made fish balls. Then I mixed the lentils and fish together.

Then I mixed it well with chopped onion, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, and egg.

Then, when it was done kneading, I took a little bit of it with my hands and gave it a round shape. I have made many of them this way.

Then I put a pan on the stove. Then I added some oil to it. Then I put the kebabs in it one by one.

Then I turned them over and fried them well. Once they were fried, I took them out. In this way, I made all of them.

I did not face any challenge while making fish kebab. Because I have made such fish kebab before. And I have experience in making this recipe. And that is why I was able to make this recipe very beautifully. I enjoyed making the world a lot. And the recipe that I made was also a lot more fun to eat.

I liked the kebab course a lot. I enjoyed it a lot from the first week to the last week. And I was able to learn new recipes. In fact, I enjoyed learning new recipes as well as eating interesting recipes through this country. I tried to join here every week. Although I could not join one week due to busy schedule. And I have had a very good experience by joining every week. But I will be able to prepare and serve these recipes when I come as a guest later.
