I am posting about a sweet shop. This is a famous sweet shop in our area. The name of this shop is Natar Dahi Ghar. The owner of this shop is Hindu. All the employees of their shop are Hindu. This shop is well known for Dahi. The shop is open from morning till 12 midnight. This shop is located on Dinajpur Road. This shop is always full of people. If you go to buy sweet dahi, you have to stand and wait for a long time. The quality of their sweets is very good.

This sweet shop is very old. All kinds of sweets are available in this shop. Especially the yogurt in this shop is very delicious. Both sweet and sour types of yogurt are available in this shop. But the sweetest yogurt is sold the most. They have a sweet making factory in the back of this shop. They collect milk from cow farms. They bring that milk to their factory. And make chickpeas from the milk. And they make sweets with their own craftsmen. Their daily sweets are made every day. Their shop has a very high demand for sweets. Their shop sells daily sweets every day. So their shop never gets stale. Inside this shop, there is a good arrangement to eat sweets and curd while sitting on chairs and tables. Most people eat chira and curd while sitting in this shop. I also go to this shop sometimes and eat sweet curd. Inside, they have arranged different types of sweets. Besides, they sell curd in separate clay bowls. There are chairs and tables inside their shop for sitting. And outside, there is a kitchen for making sweets.

The main ingredient for making Borhani is sour yogurt. The sour yogurts of their shop are very good.
