Ingredients

Required ingredients for making recipe

Main Ingredients Quantity
Carrots 1 kg
Milk 2 kg
Sugar 1.5 cups
For Garnish Quantity
Khoya 250 grams
Almonds As needed
Pistachios As needed

Cooking Procedure step by step

Step 1: Grating the Carrots

First of all, grate the carrots using a grater.


Step 2: Cooking Carrots with Milk

Take a pan, add the grated carrots, pour milk over them, and cook on medium heat until the milk completely dries.


Step 3: Adding Sugar

When the milk has completely dried, add 2 cups of sugar and mix well.


Step 4: Garnishing and Serving

Garnish with khoya, almonds, and pistachios. Your delicious Carrot Halwa is now ready to serve.
