My Journey In Building A New Habit

Building a new habit is not always easy, but it is possible with this small steps, last month, I decided to start reading for 20 minutes every blessed day, at first, I struggled because I was used to scrolling of my phone instead, But I decided to make a plan:

I started by setting a Clear Goal: I chose a specific time, which was right after breakfast to read.
I decided to it Start Small I began with just 10 minutes, then increased it slowly.
The track Progress: I marked a calendar each day I succeeded in reading, Seeing the streaks motivation in me!
I remove my big distractions: I kept my phone in another place or silent while reading.

The first week i started this process was hard, Some days, I forgot or felt very lazy, but instead of giving up, I reminded myself why I started to learn and relax, by the third week, reading felt very natural, like brushing my teeth.
Now, I enjoy my reading time, I have enjoyed reading an interesting books and feel proud, the key is that Consistency and patience even if I miss a day, I don’t quit, I just continue the next day.
If you want to build a habit, start tiny, stay patient, and celebrate small wins, you’ll get there no matter what issues you are facing 👋!!!

What I noticed:-
No matter what you are doing in this life be consistent, because consistent is the key to every human success, it's does not matter what you face when you are working towards what you want to achieve but what I need to say is that you and I need to be consistent!!! "Thanks for stopping by"
