I woke up early in the morning and I prayed in the morning. After praying, I went for a walk because walking is my habit and it is important for everyone to walk. Walking is a part of our life. If you want to live and stay healthy, you need to walk every day. Walk and walk every day and keep yourself happy.

If you walk for an hour every day, you can avoid many diseases, you can avoid high blood pressure, you can avoid diabetes, and you can fight many physical weaknesses and diseases. Walking can change your life, bring prosperity, protect you from many diseases.

Make the walk a part of your life After sharing, I returned home and my breakfast was ready. After breakfast, I sat in front of the television for a while, listening to the news of the world situation because Today, Iran and the United States are also fighting a war.After watching television, I went to the market to get vegetables and returned from the market around 12 o'clock.And I bought bitter gourd vegetables from the market. And I came back, I drank tea and ate Mickey's popcorn with it.

After adding all the things in a good way, we have fried it and it has become so delicious that you will wake up and gain strength. Bitter gourd is a very good thing for diabetics and by eating this bitter gourd, stomach worms are also eliminated and sugar is also controlled with bitter gourd. Bitter gourd is a very good and wonderful vegetable that is available in every season.
