Hello, how are you all? I hope everyone is doing well. Today, I want to share my diary game with you. I am sure you will really like it because I have put a lot of hard work into it.
So Let's Strat Today's Diary Game

This morning, the weather was very beautiful. I woke up early from my bed and, after freshening up, went outside for a walk. The rising sun looked extremely lovely, and it felt as if I had entered a paradise.
The cool morning breeze was blowing softly, giving great peace and comfort to my soul. I took a picture of that moment and thought I would share it with you.
Then I returned home and did some office work. After that, in the evening, we decided to try something new for iftar.
So, we bought a chicken and made small cuts on it so that the spices could absorb well, which would make it taste even better when cooked.
Then we put the chicken in hot oil to fry. Before applying the spices, it is important to fry it slightly so that the chicken does not remain raw from the inside. If the chicken is a little undercooked inside, it tastes strange while eating.
That is why I thought it would be better to fry it first and then apply the spices. By the way, do tell me in the comments what you usually cook at home.

Then I let it cook for some time until it turned golden red, because if it does not become golden, it may remain undercooked from the inside and won’t taste good. I waited patiently and allowed it to cook properly.
As soon as it turned golden, I took it out so that spices could be applied to it. This way, it would be prepared deliciously and would be greatly liked by the guests.
After taking it out, I set the chicken aside. Then I took a bowl and added 1 cup of yogurt. To it, I added 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 3 tablespoons of garlic paste, and a little orange food color. After that, I added ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1 teaspoon of ground garam masala.
After adding all the ingredients, we mixed everything well until it became a smooth and well-combined mixture.

After the fried chicken had cooled down, I took it out and started applying the mixture onto it.

After that, I applied the mixture well all over the chicken and made sure that no part of it was left uncovered.

After spreading the mixture well over the chicken, I set it aside. Then, I took a plate and added fennel seeds, cumin seeds, and two sticks of cinnamon.
After that, I took a pot, added water to it, and placed the plate inside the pot. I then put a steamer on top, on which the chicken was to be placed.

Then, once the water in the pot started boiling, I placed the chicken on top of the steamer, just like I told you before, and let it cook on dum (slow steam cooking) so that it would be cooked thoroughly from the inside and turn out delicious.

After it was fully cooked, I placed the chicken on a plate and added a little salad on the side to make it look beautiful and tasty.
Then I served it in front of the guests, and they really liked it a lot.

After that, it was quite late at night, so I went to sleep. This was my diary entry for today I hope you enjoyed reading it.
