Aloe vera(کوار گندل )
Assalamu Alaikum friends, I hope you are all well. Today I am going to tell you about a very famous herb that everyone knows about all over the world and its name is Aloe Vera. So let's move on to its benefits.
Introduction
The leaves of the aloe vera plant grow from a root without branches and have thorns on both sides. When the leaves are broken, a viscous substance is released, which is thick and its sap is called musbar or aloe.
Aloe vera is green on the outside, white on the inside, and its pulp, which is filled with lace, has a bitter, foul-smelling, and unpleasant taste. It is produced everywhere in Pakistan and India, and it is also kept in pots in homes as a beauty.
Benefits
Aloe vera is a plant with nutritional effects, so patients who often have pain in their joints or have a low appetite make a halwa from its pulp and eat it, which on the one hand fulfills their nutritional needs and on the other hand, their disease disappears, their stomach becomes healthy and their appetite starts to increase.
Because it is a heat-producing and instinctive herb, it reduces the acidity in the blood and produces bile, which warms the blood and dissolves all kinds of tumors. This is why many people apply it to boils and consume it internally.
It strengthens the liver, so when the spleen and liver have become enlarged due to rest, it strengthens them within a few days and brings them back to their original state. Being a laxative, it is the best medicine for chronic constipation. Its extract, which is called Musbar, has numerous benefits.
It eliminates constipation and dampness, so for women with uterine bleeding or those whose periods are short and painless or have stopped, it is nothing less than a blessing for them at such times.
Because it is a muscle stimulant, it is the best dietary medicine for patients with weakness. Because it is a laxative and expectorant, it is an immediately beneficial medicine for patients with colds, coughs, and asthma. It expels their mucus through the stool in a few days, bringing relief.
In the case of evil eye, its pulp, mixed with a little ghee, heated and applied to the eyes, dissolves the redness of the eyes, within a few hours the patient becomes tolerant of light, the pain stops and within a few minutes the patient finds peace and falls asleep.
Now I would like to ask permission from all my friends and I hope that you have gained knowledge by knowing the benefits of aloe vera and you will definitely share its benefits with your friends. Its pulp is used in many creams, lotions and face masks. Apart from this, its pulp is also made into a curry and eaten, which looks very delicious.
