Why did my cousin call me at 2 am? He told me that his stomach was hurting a lot. My father is a doctor, so my father gave him medicine and an injection, which made him night go by very easily. But in the morning, he started having pain again, which was worrying us because despite taking medicine, the pain did not go away. So, we took him to our village hospital for a check-up. They gave him more medication, which made him feel better, but that afternoon, his pain increased a lot. My father has suggested that you get him an ultrasound done so that we can find out what the problem is. Dr. Tahir Siraj, who is an ultrasound specialist, lives about five to six kilometers away from us. So I took him. As soon as we reached there, there was a lot of rush. We took a number there. We got number five, and we sat there and started waiting.

The ultrasound did not show anything special because everything was normal, and there was a stone in his right kidney, which had happened before, but this pain was not there. As soon as we gave the blood test, they told us that we would have to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes, and then our report would be ready. We waited there for 15 to 20 minutes. During this time, my cousin's pain was increasing, which was becoming a critical situation.

If you feel better, it is fine. Otherwise, you have to get it operated on. So we took the medicine from him and headed back home. The doctor who had done his ultrasound did not operate. Without taking any risk, I got him admitted to the hospital. As soon as he was admitted, his operation was scheduled for about an hour, and he was called for the operation. We took him to the operating theater, entrusting him to Luck, and instead of the 15-minute operation, they did the operation in 40 minutes because his appendix was very damaged and was on the verge of bursting. We thanked God a million times that we reached the hospital on time, so now his operation has been done, and finally, he has come to us, but he is still unconscious.

We stayed in the hospital for two days because they did not discharge him early. After all, his appendix had become very bad, and the situation was getting worse, due to which he was not given anything to eat or drink. He was only given drips, injections, etc., which were what kept him going. He was not given any kind of food because when he ate, he would vomit more, and the operation would get worse. So we did everything we could to get him examined under the supervision of a doctor, while avoiding food. After three days, the doctor finally discharged him, and I am sharing the details of all his reports below, which sometimes worsened a lot and sometimes got better. His blood pressure often increased, which was a cause of concern, and also caused a lot of pain in his body. He had pain from the operation before, and also when his blood pressure was high, it did not get better.

Finally, the doctor gave us leave, and we packed all our belongings and put my cousin in the car. After that, we went to the main counter, and there we paid his bill of Rs. 14,000 for three days. After paying the bill, we got the discharge card from there. I am sharing that work with you below, on which the doctor had written all his prescriptions, diagnoses, and medicines, etc. After getting the discharge card, we went straight to the medical store, and from there we took all the medicine that the doctor had recommended to us. After taking that medicine, we finally brought our cousin back home after three days, which was a very difficult time, but Allah Almighty had mercy on us and made my cousin the best.
