I have been eating bread a lot these days though I am not a lover of bread like that but there’s this bakery around me that makes good breads. I patronize them most of the times.
Meanwhile I have actually been opportuned to make bread at home once. I made soft loaf bread with yeast and it was really a beautiful experience. It was my first time making bread and it turned out beautifully.
I have not made flat bread before. This was my first time of making flat bread and it was an easy experience as I simply followed the process taught in the class.

To make this flat bread, these were the ingredients I used

Procedure
To make my flat bread roti, I measured out the wheat flour on a plate and salt. I also added the required quantity of oil. I then proceeded to add water as required gradually.

I began to mix the ingredients with my hand until it was thoroughly mixed.

I made it into a mould and covered it while I allowed it to rest for about thirty minutes cos I wanted my roti to be soft.

After resting for some time, it was time to flattened it out. I moulded them into small balls and then it was time to roll out the dough.

I rolled out the dough flatly and then it was time to bake.

I put on the pan on low heat and put the flat rolled out dough on it and allowed it to bake.

I allowed the two sides to bake. When one was ready, I turned over to the other side and soonest all the roti was ready.
