Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @suboohi all time my favourite topic ""1 Picture 1 Story Week #102"" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

Sometimes we don't have a single moment to ourselves; the whole day is spent rushing around. One responsibility after another awaits us. This isn't just my story, it's the story of every woman. We don't have time for ourselves; as our responsibilities increase, we forget about ourselves.

But if we want to maintain our energy, it's crucial to make time for ourselves. Only then will we be able to work energetically and find some time for our own dreams. I feel that if there were no night, we wouldn't even have time to sleep. I preferred the olden days. Back then, women had to do everything by hand; they didn't have any machines.

Whereas today, there are machines for every task, and even domestic help, yet women are still busy. The only reason for this is that now women also have to handle responsibilities outside the home. Women of the past were only concerned with household matters, while today's women are going out and balancing both sets of responsibilities.

Today, I also made time for myself. I took a cup of tea, sat comfortably in bed in the cold weather, turned on my laptop, and watched my favorite movie. I watched a movie about women's rights. It was a very good movie.

No one disturbed me. The children had gone to their coaching classes, my elder son was studying, so I put on my headphones and started watching the movie. But by the time the movie ended, my heart was racing because it was 8 PM and my dinner wasn't ready. That responsibility was calling me. As soon as the movie finished, I quickly rushed to the kitchen.

But by God's grace, I managed to prepare the food on time. The rush increased while I was working, but I felt good that no one disturbed me and I didn't have to watch a movie of someone else's choice. That's why I'm saying that every woman should make time for herself.
