Waiting for the Call to Prayer

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
Good morning and have a great day to all my Steemian friends wherever you are. I pray that everything planned for today goes well and that the results are perfect, as we all wish. Today, I am preparing everything I need for the trip back home to Banda Aceh. My family and I plan to leave tomorrow, and because the roads are congested for up to 3 or 4 hours, I bought food so that we won't go hungry or thirsty in tomorrow's traffic jam.

Indomie Egg

Today I started by satisfying my craving for Indomie noodles with soup. I love this food because of the flavor of the soup, especially when topped with an egg. The spicy and hot taste is able to relieve headaches and dizziness. I ate a whole bowl with gusto and seriousness. These egg Indomie noodles are truly delicious.

Prayer at the Mosque

It was time for prayer, so I hurried to the mosque to perform my prayers. I arrived before the call to prayer sounded, and sat for a moment waiting for the iqamah to be called. I prayed at the Tumpok Teungoh Mosque. This mosque is clean, cool, and quiet. So when we pray there, it feels comfortable and solemn. After the prayer was finished, I headed to the bakery to buy some bread needed for the next day.

Buying Bread

The bakery I went to was called Bread Boy. This bakery had a wide variety of breads, such as chocolate bread, cheese bread, sausage bread, and so on. In addition to sliced bread, they also had whole loaves and birthday cakes. I bought a long loaf filled with chocolate banana, cheese, and sausage. After choosing my bread, I paid for it at the cash register.

Shopping at the supermarket

That evening, I went shopping for household necessities at the nearest supermarket. I bought these items for our home so that we would have supplies if another flood disaster occurred when we returned from the village the next day. I bought cooking oil, dish soap, rice, and LPG gas.

Children's Milk

There is one item that I almost forgot to bring for tomorrow's trip back home, which is milk for my child. When we are stuck in traffic waiting in line to cross the bridge, my child will definitely be thirsty, so a very suitable alternative is to buy boxed milk to quench my child's thirst. Boxed milk is also practical and easy to carry and dispose of after drinking. I bought 5 boxes of milk.

That's all I can share with you today. I hope you find it useful, and thank you for reading. See you in my next post.

That's all, and thank you.
