The Diary Game [21/09/2026]:Dealing With Constipation,My Fruits and Veggies Survival Diet.

Hello Steemians and my amazing Steem family! Welcome back to another post from @classicprincess. I hope you all are doing great and having a wonderful day!

Today, I want to share something a bit personal about what I’ve been going through over the past few days. Honestly, body system no be firewood, and sometimes our bodies just decide to slow things down whether we like it or not. For the past few days now, I have been dealing with severe constipation. It has been so uncomfortable, painful, and downright stressful, especially combining it with my ongoing exams.

If you’ve ever experienced constipation, you’ll know how horrible it feels. Your stomach feels heavy, bloated, and tight, making it almost impossible to enjoy solid food.

Because of this, my entire eating routine has been completely turned upside down. I couldn't even attempt to eat heavy meals or my regular proper cooking. Instead, I’ve had to put myself on a strict routine of liquids, fresh fruits, and raw vegetables just to help my digestive system relax and soften up my stomach.

When I woke up this morning, my stomach was still feeling very stubborn and tight. Since I had an exam paper to write today, I knew I couldn't go out on an empty stomach, but I also couldn't risk eating anything heavy that would make me uncomfortable in the exam hall. So, I decided to prepare a quick light salad mix. I got a little fresh cabbage and carrots, shredded them nicely, and mixed them up with some salad cream. I took a few spoons of that light salad before heading out for my exams. My whole aim was just to push enough high-fiber food into my system so my stomach could soften up and finally let me go to the restroom easily!

Writing exams while dealing with stomach discomfort is definitely not an easy task, but thank God everything went smoothly at the exam hall. After I finished writing and stepped out of school, I was feeling a bit exhausted and drained. While walking out, I spotted a vendor selling fresh fruit salad right around campus.

Seeing all those freshly cut fruits instantly felt like a sign from above! Without hesitating, I went straight to her and bought a container of fruit salad.

The fruit salad was packed with sliced bananas, crunchy peanuts, coconut bits, and juicy watermelon slices sitting in a lovely milky base. I sat down and enjoyed every single bit of it. At that point, my heart was practically crying out for proper solid food. I honestly missed cooking a nice homemade meal so much! But I had to remind myself that my body needed a break and that sticking to fruits and liquids was the best decision for now. I just have to keep trying my possible best until I completely overcome this whole constipation issue.

On my way back home from school, I made one more stop to boost my natural fiber intake. I bought a full fresh watermelon to keep at home.

Watermelon is super hydrating and full of water content, which is exactly what my body needs right now to flush everything out smoothly.

So my dear people, this is how my life and diet have been looking for the past few days. Just liquids, fruits, and raw veggies every single day! It wasn't the kind of menu I planned or wished for, but we have to listen to our bodies when they ask for a reset.

“Health is wealth, and taking care of our digestive system should always be a priority, even when it interrupts our favorite meals.”

I’m really hoping and praying that by tomorrow, everything gets back to normal and my digestive system settles down completely. I will surely keep you all updated on how my stomach feels tomorrow. Thank you all so much for reading and for always supporting my blog!
