Today, I am very excited to participate in SLS - The Kitchen Diaries Week #3 | Grandma's Recipe Remix. First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the organizers for arranging such a wonderful contest.
Food is not only a source of nourishment; it is also a beautiful way of preserving memories, traditions, and family bonds. Some recipes stay with us forever because they remind us of special moments spent with our loved ones.
The recipe I am sharing today is one of those special dishes. During my childhood, whenever I visited my grandmother's house, she would prepare simple yet incredibly delicious meals for the family. One of my favorite dishes was her crispy fried eggplant. Served with hot steamed rice and fried dried chilies, it was a meal that brought comfort and happiness to everyone around the table.
Although my grandmother is no longer with us, the memories of her cooking and the love she poured into every meal remain alive in my heart. To honor her memory and keep her culinary tradition alive, I recreated her delicious fried eggplant recipe and would love to share it with all of you today.

First, I washed the eggplant thoroughly and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
