The Diary Game: Attending First Sunday Service In January 2026 And Other Activities 04/01/2026

New week greetings to you all my steemians,as we begin the new week in the new year,I personally wish every one good health, hardworking and courageous to end the year with good Activities.

In the morning as I woke up from bed,the weather was so bright and sunny,so I started prepping for the Sunday service that was the first Sunday service in the year 2026, and it was two sections of service, the morning season and the afternoon season which was the Holy Communion service to all Christian faithfuls.

So that very morning,I didn't do anything, after sweeping the floor, fetching water,I bathed and started going to the house of the Lord for the service,. The service begins by 8 O'clock AM,it was really an amazing experience as we started with praise and worship as all members were in the mode of thanksgiving as we all see the new year and give thanks to the Lord Almighty for sustaining us till the end of the year 2025 and also took us to 2026.

The host pastor in-charge of the congregation Rev Ubong Sunday,preaching on the topic " Say It And Have It" ,it was really an amazing service ,the Bible reading was done by the youth and the offering was conducted by the Praise Team, that morning service took us till 12:20pm as we all dismissed and get ready for afternoon service which Holy Communion service by 2pm.

In the afternoon I went back to another service, holy communion service in another congregation,the holy communion service was the first one in January 2026. So when I arrived at the church in Four Towns Congratulations, members were already on their seat, so the minister in-charge was already doing well to make sure that there was holiness in the presence of God. All the members were set to receive the holy communion,the Supervisory Elders were a company to assist the pastor in-charge during the service ,it was 2 and half hours service,by 4:30 O'clock pm,the Communion service was taken to an end, there was exchange of pleasantries as we all welcomed everybody into the new year with good faith.

In the evening I was at home doing one or two things that was necessary for me to do ,i went to the shop and bought beans and yam so that i will be cooking the meal later in the evening, so after buying it at chi food stuff store,i saw the wife of the man coming with kids well dress ,so i asked them where are they going to,so the daughter told me that she is going for her birthday party celebration in one of the eatries in town,so I was happy and to share with her and the family,I took a photograph of her day before they started going, that was what I was able to do.

By 6 O'clock pm,I started preparing the dinner Beans and Yam,I peeled the yam,selected the stone from Bean,I parboiled the beans before doing the last cooking,so I was done and I went to bathroom and bath,ate my dinner and go to bed and sleep
