Traditional Chicken Korma Made at Home

How are you feeling today hope you all are doing well by the grace of God I'm also well it's me @iffatilyas today I wanna share my special recipe with you guys it's all about Pakistani traditional recipe..

When something delicious is eaten and you have tried that recipe yourself.So today it happened that I tried a very good recipe that I had wanted to try for a long time. Today I had all the ingredients at home and the chicken was also at home so I thought why not make chicken korma today. Actually, it is not such a big or difficult dish that took a lot of time to make. Because I was making it for the first time, that is why I was finding it a little difficult. So first of all, I cleaned the chicken well because cleaning the chicken is the first step. So I cleaned the chicken well and then cut it into small pieces like the kind we get in restaurants in korma style one bite. And after our chicken was cleaned, I put it in a plastic bowl.

Then after that I took the ginger garlic and peeled and washed it well, I put it in a bowl and ground it. I never blend ginger garlic because blending creates a foam in it and its test is not that good, that's why I ground it well and after grinding I first add the chicken with the ginger garlic.

In the other step, I took the curd in a good way and put the curd on top of chicken because our main job is to make curd, so we put the curd on top of it and then after that I took two tomatoes and cut them into small pieces and put them in the blender and blended it well to make a nice paste and I also put that on top of the chicken. Here we could have taken one of the one thing tomatoes or curd but I felt that I should add both things, so I added both things.

Then it's time to add all the spices, in which I added salt, pepper, turmeric, korma masla one packet, dried coriander, cumin. I added all these things one spoon each and marinated them well and left them for about 45 minutes. Here, if we cover it and keep it marinated for a long time, the chicken will quickly get rotten.

45 minutes had passed and now I came back to the kitchen and I took a pan and chopped three or four onions finely and added one to two spoons of ghee and started frying them well. Here I will cook the onions a little more so that they dissolve in the spices and they do not stand out at all.

As soon as the onions started to cook and they changed their color, I added a little water to it and then after that I added all the marinated chicken in it added it to the pan and started frying it very well this really great flavor started to come out in this way and I cooked it for about 15 to 20 minutes I cooked it well in all the stages and I did not add any water when 15 minutes passed and it was well roasted and all the spices were absorbed, which meant that it was now well cooked, I just added a little water, about half a glass, and then after that I covered it and turned the stove to medium heat and covered it for about 10 minutes and it started cooking.

After 10 minutes, when I picked it up, the water had dried up nicely and it was a delicious gravy then I added coriander leaves on top of it, took it out in a pan, garnished it and served it to my family I also ordered naan and fried it this was a very delicious recipe that was ready in a few hours and was very tasty.
