Special Lunch Invitation From Faheem Ullah For Charsadda Rice

Today my friend Faheem Ullah invited me for lunch. He knows that I love the famous Charsadda rice so much so he made this special dish for me. This invitation made me very happy. Just looking at the rice made me excited because the taste is always amazing.

Famous Charsadda Rice

​In the first picture you can see the plate. These are thick rice that are very tasty. They use meat and special spices which make the dish perfect. Today the rice was better than ever. The way it is cooked makes everyone a fan of it. Faheem really put effort into making this for me.

My First Spoon

​In the second picture you can see me. When I took my first spoon of the hot rice with yogurt chutney and pickle the taste was out of this world. The hot rice and the cold chutney together felt so good. Honestly I felt so happy after the first bite. The taste was truly great.

A Close Look

​In the third picture I showed the spoon very closely. You can see clearly how the thick rice looks with the chutney and pickle. The color and the way it looks shows that it was cooked very well. Looking at this picture now makes my mouth water again.

Amazing Mix Pickle

​The fourth picture is of our mix pickle. This pickle was also wonderful. It had carrots lemon and mango with very good spices. When this spicy pickle meets the Charsadda rice the taste becomes very special. While writing this post I still remember the taste and I want to eat it again.

Yogurt Chutney With Cumin

​The last picture is of the yogurt chutney. Cumin seeds were added to this chutney. Because of the cumin it had a lovely smell and it made the meal even better. Charsadda rice with yogurt chutney and spicy pickle is a perfect combination. These things together are just amazing.

A Fun Ending

​After eating this heavy and delicious meal we decided to play Ludo. It was a very fun match with my friends. I will share the story of our Ludo game with you all tomorrow. So stay tuned for my next post.
