Hello guys welcome to another session of yours truly @joshaa.

I woke up this morning feeling grateful. The first thing I did was say my prayers. There’s something peaceful about starting the day by talking to God. It sets my mind right before the noise of the day begins.

‎After prayers, I got ready for work. I washed up, dressed, and finally sat down to eat my breakfast. I do usually eat before heading out, and today I made sure I did. I knew it would be a long day.

‎Once I was done eating, I headed straight to work. Our first stop was the shop. We had a task to do a mirror work

— what we call a "glass mirror". It’s basically cutting and fitting the mirror so it can handover properly into the space. The goal was to make sure the privacy fitting would enter well and fit perfectly. It takes patience because if the measurement is off by even a little, the whole thing looks wrong. We measured, cut, and adjusted until it sat just right. I was happy with how it turned out.

‎Around 12 o’clock in the afternoon, we left the shop and went to the site. The main job there is the wardrobes and working closets we’ve been handling. We’re not done yet — there’s still a lot to do. Today, we only managed to do the cutting.

The rain kept disturbing us. Every time we tried to set up, the clouds would gather and we’d have to pause. Working in the rain is not easy because the wood can get spoiled and the tools become risky to use. So we took it slow and focused on what we could finish without rushing.

‎By evening, we decided to close for the day. We packed up, cleaned the site, and headed home. Even though we didn’t get as much done as we wanted because of the rain, I’m thankful we made progress on the mirror in the shop and got the cutting started on site.

‎That was how my day went. Tiring, but productive. I’m hoping tomorrow the weather will be better so we can finish more.
