Hello friends, I hope everyone is well, Alhamdulillah, I am also well. I am going to participate in another new competition. I really liked this topic, so I want to thank you very much @suboohi.
What steps are important to make a perfect dough. Have you tried it before?
I think the right measurements are very important to make the right yeast. When you are going to make any kind of food or recipe, you need to know the right measurements. And this is the flour yeast. The more perfect the flour yeast is, the better the taste of your food will be. So I always try to give the right amount of flour, the right water and the right ingredients. If the ingredients are given in the right amount, then the yeast will be very perfect. So I always try to keep the flour yeast very perfect when making bun roti recipes.
Make dinner roll/ bun by using the recipe given in contest or that you like, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.
Ingredients:
200 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
As much dry yeast
A cup of milk
1 egg
As much oil
A little sesame seeds
- First step:
First I will make the dough, so I mixed a spoonful of yeast, lightly beaten with warm milk, and mixed it well. Then I added sugar and salt. And I left this mixture to rest for half an hour.
- Second step:
Then I added an egg to this mixture with flour. And I kneaded everything well and put oil on top and left it to rest for about an hour.
- Third step:
After an hour, I came and saw that my dough mixture had swollen a lot. Then I divided it into four parts and made it round with the help of my hands. I will make bun roti here,
- Fourth step:
Then I took a fry pan and placed four buns of bread in the fry pan very nicely. And I cooked it for about half an hour by setting the gas stove on medium heat. I did the entire cooking with ghee.

I really like the fact that I was able to make a lot of nutritious and delicious food at home for the money I spent. I like the fact that I can make more at home for less money and eat it with a lot of joy.

I love bun roti very much and try to make it occasionally, this is what I always present. I really like to eat this kind of food with light milk tea in the morning as a snack or as a dinner at night. Finally, I am presenting the bun roti that I made with my own hands.

By keeping in mind few things you can make a perfect bread i.e measure ingredients accurately, proper kneading, resting the dough until it doubles (not time), stretching dough well can give you 90% better results.
