I try to complete my daily work according to a specific schedule. I arrive at the office at 9:00 AM every day and first confirm my presence through fingerprint. Then I write down the tasks to be done for the day on the office pad. I prioritize the important tasks and complete them one by one. If there is a meeting or special responsibility, I try to finish it first. After the lunch break, I finish the unfinished tasks again and make a new to-do list if necessary. Before leaving the office, I review the work for the day and write down the necessary plans for the next day. Working in this way makes proper use of time, no important work is left out, and the work pressure also seems to be much less. By following a regular plan, I can be punctual and complete my daily work more efficiently. Especially, I wake up every morning to blog on the Steemit platform and plan the whole day. During my break, I write blogs in the form of paragraphs and keep them in a notepad. Later, I go home and submit them.

To manage my time, I write down my daily work schedule on the company's payslip.

Especially, I create a schedule for visiting shops or different places along with office work to post with the Steem-atlas pin code. I have been maintaining a specific schedule every day for blogging on the Steemit platform for the last four years. If the schedule is not maintained, blogging is not done. Basically, since blogging on the Steemit platform, I have to follow the schedule every day in between office work.

The most important and time-consuming task of my day is to take care of the 33 kV electrical substation. As an electrical engineer, this task is very important because the company's production depends on the safe and uninterrupted operation of the substation. After taking charge every day, I first observe the condition of various electrical equipment such as power transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, relays, and control panels. I carefully check if there is any abnormality anywhere.

My main daily job is to work at a 33 kV electrical substation.

Then I regularly monitor and record the load, voltage, current, and other operational information. If any error or alarm occurs, the cause is quickly identified, and necessary measures are taken so that the power supply is not disrupted. Working in accordance with safety rules is the most important part of this task. Therefore, I always follow the use of personal protective equipment, switching operations, and safe working procedures.

This task requires a lot of attention, patience, and the ability to make quick decisions. Even a small mistake can cause a major accident or power outage. Therefore, every task has to be completed with great care. If necessary, I coordinate with the maintenance team to regularly check and repair the equipment so that there are no problems in the future.

A significant amount of time is spent on this responsibility. Although the work is challenging, it is very important and a source of pride for me. Because the production of the factory depends on my proper performance of my duties. I often come to the office from home in the middle of the night when there is an electrical fault.

The most effective strategy for me to save time is to plan my work and follow a specific routine. As an electrical engineer at a 33 kV electrical substation, before starting my daily duties, I make a list of tasks to be done. I determine in advance which equipment to check, which readings to take, and where maintenance may be required. I give the most importance to the maintenance of electrical equipment because timely maintenance reduces electrical faults, and when faults are reduced, I save time.

I also use checklists so that no important work is left out and there is no need to check the same thing repeatedly. I keep the necessary equipment and safety equipment ready in advance, so that unnecessary delays during work are avoided. If any error occurs, I make quick decisions and follow the prescribed procedure, which reduces the time it takes to solve the problem.

This habit helps me save time, stay focused, and perform my duties at the substation safely and efficiently. As a result, it is easier to maintain an uninterrupted power supply, and daily work can be completed in a more orderly and effective manner.

Yes, I had time management problems at the beginning of my career. When I joined the 33 kV electrical substation as a new employee, much of the electrical equipment had not been regularly maintained for a long time. As a result, various minor and major faults occurred frequently, and most of the day was spent on solving urgent problems. This made it difficult to work as planned.

Later, I started following regular preventive maintenance, scheduled inspection schedules, and checklists. Due to regular monitoring of the condition of each piece of equipment and timely maintenance, the number of electrical faults gradually decreased. As a result, unexpected problems have been reduced, work has been completed in a more orderly manner, and proper use of time has been ensured. Now I can perform my duties much more efficiently than before and complete important tasks within the stipulated time.

My advice to others to manage their time better is to plan your daily tasks and prioritize them. Try to complete important tasks early in the day. Using a checklist or to-do list ensures that no work is left out and reduces time wasted. Avoid unnecessary mobile phone use and other distractions. Working according to a routine, completing maintenance or preparatory work on time, and coordinating with colleagues when necessary increases efficiency. These habits ensure proper use of time and significantly improve work quality and productivity. In addition, experience or interest in learning should be increased.
