Assalamu Alaikum friends, I hope everyone is well. I am happy to participate in the 2nd week challenge of Steemit Season 31, because challenges mean learning something new for me. Buns have always been my favorite breakfast. I especially love eating butter buns. I am happy to announce that @suboohi has challenged us to recreate his amazing roll recipe so that we can participate in this competition. The reason I like it is because I love bread a lot, if you also like it then you must follow these tips and steps. You all should see the instructions. I am sharing my experience with you, I hope it will be much more tempting to eat, soft and delicious to eat.

Ingredients

White flour3 cups
Yeast10 grams
Milk1 cup
Oil1 cup
Egg1
Sugar3 tablespoons
Baking powder1 teaspoon
SaltTo taste
Black cuminA little bit

Make dinner roll/ bun by using the recipe given in contest or that you like, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.

Ready method


Step-1: First, collect all the ingredients. And use the right amount of ingredients to make it. First, mix the sugar, yeast and warm milk well in a clean bowl. Let it rest for 10 minutes. When it mixes, you will see bubbles in it and the mixture will change. I never imagined that I had kept the yeast in a container for several days.



Step-2: After 10 minutes, add oil and egg and beat with a hand whisk for some time. Then add baking powder and salt to it.


Step-3: Once all the ingredients are well mixed, I add flour and knead it well with my hands. Until the dough turns into a soft, fluffy and smooth dough.

Step-4: Once the dough is ready, I let it rest for 1 hour.

Step-5: After 1 hour I saw that the dota became soft and fluffy. I knead the dough well again and shape it into small round buns using my hands.



Step-6: Grease a paper with oil in a pan and then put the round buns on it, when serving I lightly brush it with egg and sprinkle some black cumin seeds on it. Then I cook it on low heat for 20 minutes. Since I don't have a microwave, I make it on the stove.

Step-7: After 20 minutes, I check the buns and see that they have risen nicely and have not deflated.

After taking it out of the oven, I took it out on a serving dish. Its top was soft and fluffy, its color was light brown, it was quite good to eat on the outside and it was delicious.

What steps are important to make a perfect dough. Have you tried it before?

Yes, last year I tried to make such a bun at home once. My elder sister helped me to do this. I made pizza by making such yeast, that's how I learned to make the dough and now @.. I got the opportunity to learn something new with it which will enhance my work skills for the future. I am grateful to her for creating a new opportunity that I was able to participate in this competition by taking advantage of her kindness and enjoying it beautifully.

I learned how to use yeast to make such bread and what its condition is. I prepared myself to make it, if you do not follow each step in making bread, there is a risk that it will be spoiled. Since it is made with yeast, it is convenient to do it and it was made quickly. The dough had to be stretched well and made into round loaves. As a result, I was able to make delicious bread with the dough very well. All these rules will be useful for making it at home, by which you can easily make it at home and create an environment. One of the satisfaction and pleasure of learning any work is the satisfaction and pleasure. You can learn something new in a new way, I will prepare myself for new challenges so that I can learn something new.

I don't have my own microwave so I had to take the help of a gas stove. And there was no electricity while preparing it. I completed this entire challenge without electricity.
