The Diary Game: Let Me Take You Round Uyo Plaza/ Taking Delivery Of My Package [17/03/2026]

Good day, guys and welcome to another episode of my diary session with yours truly, @megareigns. Today was very fun, I went out today because I was bored at home so, here is where I went to.

I told myself this morning that I was never going to stay at home and be bored again, I was tired of being at home all day, so I decided to just step out and have fun by myself. I went to the city plaza. Since I was told of the renovation that had gone on in the plaza, I haven't been here to see it for myself. I was so wowed immediately I entered the place. It was more like a mini London here.

I never thought plaza could be this beautiful, I just had to take a walk around the walk way and what I saw marvelled me, I was shocked to my marrow when I noticed how beautiful Plaza had turn out to be. I couldn't help than to say some words of prayers to the Governor for doing this. If you ever came here before this renovation, you would agree with me that the place was in a total shamble but see what it is today.

Here are some excerpt from the plaza I visited today. Maybe you can just find them interesting. The place is so clean, I haven't seen any dirty spot there, meaning that the place has been put on the state budget for proper clean up and that's what we had been praying and longing for before now.

When I left the plaza ,it was late and I was just notified by Jumia that the package I ordered some days back had just arrived, so I left there and went to their pick up station to pick it. I did payment on delivery and when I got there, I paid for the item and then I stood outside to take a picture with it.

When I got back home, I paid money for it to be charged till it is full because I didn't want to start using it anyways. This part of the world has been out of electricity for over a week now and we don't even know what will become of us with all of these things that is going on, so it's better I just get as much power banks as I can so that when I charge them, I will be able to use them for long.

After paying money to charge the power bank, I went to go and meet my boss at his place. He called for me so I told him I wasn't around when he did that when I am back home, I would come see him. When I got there, he wasn't around, I called him and he told me to hold on that he is coming. I waited for him and when he came, he gave me some food items and asked me to take it back home. I was so grateful for it and appreciated him before leaving.

When I got back to the house, I was scorched by the sun but I forced myself and just watered the plants at the backyard because of too much sun. When I finished watering the plants, I went out to the shop to buy what I will cook and eat for dinner.

When I bought spaghetti, I came back to the house and cooked it. I was expecting my friend but it turned out that she wasn't going to come, so I dished the food and ate. It was too yummy, I used red oil to cook it, I like it this way.

When I finished eating, I decided to clean up my house so that I can finally rest and attend to my students for the day, as I was cleaning, I saw this centipede and this cockroach. I was asking myself how they got to enter my house. I killed both of them and then I thrashed them. After that, I had a very cold bath to calm myself down.

I was so grateful the centipede didn't bite me at all. When I finished bathing ,I took my rest and then I had a class with my steemit students before I decided to come share my day with everyone.
