SC-S31-W1 // Bread Making// " Flat Bread ".
How I made my flat bread today is a proof that the best things in the kitchen don't have to be complicated.
What type of bread do you make at your home. Have you tried flat bread before?(2 Mark)
First of, this is my “kitchen classic flat bread.” This is a simple flat bread I make a home just when I fell I have eaten enough sugar. Usually at my family home, my mom prefers this simple bread because she's diabetic. No sugar but just flour and water. She was the one that taught me how to make this bread, even though I never picked interest then.
I have tried replicating my mom's method of making flat bread overtime while in school and as a spinster too. Its something I enjoy doing because it doesn't take so much time or energy but it serves as breakfast or dinner to me because I goin with a cup of juice or tea. The bread may not appear as the regular, that is because it carries my touch and it has to be unique.
Make any flat bread (roti/paratha/tortilla) that you like, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images. (6 Marks)
