About the Song
Pretty much everyone knows this song. Elvis Presley sang it way back in 1961 for his movie Blue Hawaii. He used to sing it at the very end of his live concerts, and a lot of other musicians have covered it since then.
The melody is actually from an old French love song from the 1780s. The whole song is just really smooth, sweet, and romantic, which makes it a lot of fun to sing.
