You can make your cold water roti and hot water roti very easily. Below are two tutorials. And I am trying to present some of the benefits of roti and parota. Flour roti is usually rich in fiber. With special proteins, it keeps the stomach full for a long time. You can assume that both of them work a lot like rice. It keeps your weight stable along with controlling sugar. I think you can encourage your family to eat roti in the morning. Especially those who have high fat.
First, I added a certain amount of glue and a certain amount of salt and mixed it well.
Next, I left it in a press for half an hour. This is my wait for the yeast to transform beautifully into roti or paratha.

Then I flattened it lengthwise with my hands. Then I made it slightly longer and thinner. Then I tried to make it look like a round roll. Then I pressed it lightly with a rolling pin. And I put a little mustard oil on top.

After that, I cut it lengthwise again and cut it in the middle with a knife.

Later, I thinned it again and made it into a patch shape.

Then you can make it long or square if you want. Here the roti is made with balloon. Then I will first lightly fry the roti. Lightly fry it and keep it on a separate plate.

Next, I added mustard oil to the pan. If you want, you can add soybean oil. Then I turned the lightly fried roti into a loaf by frying it in oil. Then I completed the paratha recipe by lightly frying the apit opiath nicely.
