Especially flour bread is a healthy food for the family. First of all, the breads that we buy in the market are risky for health. But I got a fun feeling by making banana bread cleanly with my own hands for the first time. Especially the fiber in bread can meet the overall vitamin and nutritional needs, including minerals. Your constipation will be relieved along with the digestive process because the bread is soft. You can eat bread to keep your stomach full for a long time. At the same time, you can eat bread to keep the human body active. Eating bread in the morning is a good thing to get rid of various diseases in the body. Moreover, you can eat bread every morning to reduce physical risks.
Today's banana bread recipe will be made with great care and slow cooking to make it soft, fluffy and edible. I will highlight the beautiful color and magical beauty of the egg yolk. However, I am excited to make it for the first time. Our enthusiasm and effort are always the key to success.

STEP BY STEP BUN MAKING TUTORIAL

First, I gathered all the practical ingredients. Clean food is part of health protection. Here I put the flour in a sieve.

Next, add all the flour with a special spoon.So I sifted the flour thoroughly with a sieve.

Here I am trying to show you all the flours in a dish by sifting them nicely. I hope you are paying attention to what I am doing.

Then here we have added salt in the required quantity among the ingredients. Then we have added sugar according to the ingredients. Here you will add 20 grams of milk powder according to the ingredients. We have added two tablespoons of yeast. Then mix all the ingredients together well with a spoon. Then you add three tablespoons of soybean oil. And you mix all the ingredients together nicely in a dry state. This will make the combination of all the things even better.

Here I have heated the water on the stove in a slightly warm water bath. And I have made it so hot that I can dip my finger in this water for 30 to 40 seconds.

Later, I added water little by little and mixed it well to make a special dough.

Here I have added water again and mixed it. Then I will make a dough by mixing all the ingredients well with my hands. Here you can see that a dough has been made. Then I added three tablespoons of soybean oil. And made the light and soft dough smooth.

Here I have smoothed out an interesting dough and made small balloon shapes from the top to the bottom evenly.

Here, I put a light amount of soybean oil on a plate and spread it around the area.

Then I made a final dough here. I tried to make it nice and smooth, especially with my hands. And I lightly brushed the top with soybean oil.

Here I have arranged all the doughs placed on the plate nicely and evenly. And I have made them small and big. I have put a total of four doughs here and I will put another dough on another plate.

Then I took an egg here and broke the egg and kept the yolk separate. You can apply the yolk on the top of the dough with a brush. But I applied it with my hands. Then I put the white sesame seeds little by little on the top of the bread. Here I have shown a selfie. Later, as an important task, I made a special bun and rested it for an hour. But in this interval, I can finish writing.

Here I put the pan on the stove and heated it slightly. Then I reduced the heat of the stove. I placed the steel plate with the dough on top of the pan.

Here I have put a total of five batches of dough in two pans and reduced the heat of the stove to 35 minutes. After that you can see that the bun roti is done. So let's move on to the final step.

Especially this cooking is my first time. But the important thing is to make yeast.
To make special yeast, boil warm water that can be dipped in for one to thirty seconds. This seems very important to me.
And make bun roti by using special necessary ingredients in the right quantity. Also, use ingredients according to the amount of flour.
Then it is important to mix all the necessary ingredients nicely and leave this special sticky dough to rest for an hour. But I have never tried this before. I am very happy to have gained a great experience by participating here.

By keeping in mind few things you can make a perfect bread i.e measure ingredients accurately, proper kneading, resting the dough until it doubles (not time), stretching dough well can give you 90% better results.
