Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all. I hope everyone is safe by the grace of God. I am also fine Alhamdulillah.I am participating SLS32-The Kitchen Diaries Week 1: Magic with 3. Thank you @suboohi for this Magic with 3 challenge.
1-Prepare recipe.

| Rice powder | 1/4 cup |

Let's make
Step- 1
In a bowl, I will take 1 cup of gram flour. Now I will add turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt one by one. Once all the dry ingredients are added, I will mix them well.
Step- 2

After mixed all the ingredients well, I will make a smooth batter with the required amount of water.
Step- 3
Now I will wash the eggplant and cut it finely with a knife. I have cut it lengthwise to make eggplant fries. If anyone wants, you can also cut it into rounds.
Step- 4
Now I will put a frying pan on the stove and heat some oil in it. Once the oil is hot, I will dip the eggplants in the batter and fry them until they turn brown.
The Story Behind It

To participate in the challenge, I have to make a magic recipe using three ingredients. When I thought of participating in this contest, I was first looking for a recipe that can be made easily. This recipe can be made with few ingredients and today when I thought of making this fried brinjal recipe, it was pouring rain outside. Any fried food becomes much more enjoyable on a rainy day. So I selected this fried brinjal recipe. My family and I all like fried brinjal.The ingredients used to make brinjal fry were available in my kitchen, so it was easy for me to make the recipe.
Fried eggplant is a very common and popular dish in our country during Iftar during the month of Ramadan. We cannot think of Iftar without fried eggplant. Moreover, whenever I have time, I make this fried eggplant for my family and boys.
3. Your Thoughts on Simplicity

The most important thing is that fried eggplant is very easy to cook and is ready in a short time. And it is also very delicious to eat. It is served with muri, sauce, onion salad, khichuri, etc. But I personally like to eat it with khichuri. This is a recipe that can be made with a few ingredients and a delicious dish. It can be made with very few ingredients in a short time but is quite a popular dish in our country because it is delicious to eat. Moreover, I found it quite easy. Although I had some trouble while making it today. Since Eid is tomorrow, I had to be a little busy to prepare for Eid.But I really enjoyed to make eggplant fried.

Holaaa! No soy muy fan de la berenjena, pero admito que ver la presentación de su plato captó muchísiml mi atención y lo probaría totalmente, a mi mamá seguramente le encantaría este sencillo y delicioso plato.

El emplatado luce elegante, lindo que podamos transformar un plato sencillo en una deliciosa entrada,en lo particular me gusta comer berenjenas y de esta manera quedan empanizadas, me imagino el sabor y lo rico de su corteza. 😃👍
