Procedure of making Roti

Firstly I take a bowl add in wheat flour then add in salt, oil mixed both the ingredients.then add in water .You will continue to add water little by little to the flour and continue to make a dough.

When we have kneaded the dough, we will make a dough out of it and keep it aside so that the dough can rise properly.20 -30 minute for rest.

Then I made small balls from this dough in equal sizes.

After this, I made balls of the dough, slowly flattened them with my hands, and then spread the dough and started rolling it in circles with the help of a rolling pin.

On the other hand, I washed the tawa well and when it was well heated, After that, I put my round-shaped roti on the tawa and let it cook. When the roti was cooked on one side, I turned it over and cooked the other side well. Then I baked the bread well with the help of tongs.

Making paratha

The Roti and the parathas process are same but There is a slight difference, we toast the roti on the stove, while we fry the paratha with ghee inside the dough and out side the paratha. I made equally sizes of balls in dough. Then I applied oil on top of the dough and rolled it into a long rope so that the ghee spread well all around.

Then I gave the rolled dough a round shape. And with the help of rolling pin, I have spread it out and given it a round shape.

After that, I turn on the flame . and placed a tawa in it. When the tawa got hot, I put the paratha dough on it.When it was cooked on one side, I turned it over and cooked the paratha on the other side and added the frying in oil with parathas.
