How are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine too Today here I am participating this wonderful contest which organized by @ suboohi.I am Thankful for my lovely teacher .share us delicious stuff bread recipe.we had learned more tricks and techniques regarding baking.Today I am share you chicken stuff bread recipe.
Let's move towards and starts
Things we need.
| Ingredients | Quantity |
| Chicken mince | 400g |
| Red chilli powder | 1tbsp |
| Black pepper | 1/2tsp |
| Ginger garlic paste | 1tbsp |
| Salt | as per taste |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2tsp |
| Yogurt | 1/2 cup |
| Flour | 437gm |
| Yeast | 10gm |
| Warm milk | 1cup (knead the dough) |
| Salt | 1 tsp for bread making |
| Sugar | 1tsp for bread making |
| Oil | 4 tsp |
| Egg | 1 |
| Seasons seeds | 1 tsp |
| Kalongi | 1 tsp |

| Procedure with step by step |
Wash the chicken properly.keep it in stainer untill the excess water removed it
Add in chicken mince all spices with yougrt and marinate for 1 hours.
Take a pen add in marinated chicken.cooked then 7-8 minutes.When the chicken is cooked and the water dries up, turn off the flame.add the chicken 2 tsp of ketchup.
On the other hand I starts second process. Bread dough making .I take a cup add in sugar,yeast,and warm milk in pen.mixed all the ingredients very well and coved it for ten minutes to activate yeast.
Oil,egg,salt and in flour .mixed all the ingredients then knead the dough .I tried to make the dough soft using my hands.tgen I covered the dough for 2-3 hours.untill the dough will be double and fluffy.
Then I stretched my dough well on the kitchen counter to get the air out of it.
Grease the oil in try.I cut the dough in small portion and make the balls
.After that, I spread the dough on the kitchen counter with the help of a rolling pin and placed the chicken in the center and rolled it into a round shape. After that, I made cuts in the corners with the help of a knife and continued rolling it.
Then I left the stuffed bread to rest for 20 minutes.Then, using a brush, I applied the egg yolk to the top of the stuffed bread, sprinkled with seasoms seeds, and sprinkled a little kalongi .and backed these bread for 15-20 minutes at180 o C.

I like savory bread.specially chicken cheese filling bread .I often make chicken filling bread at home. I keep changing the stuffing. Sometimes I add meat, sometimes chicken, sometimes veggies.I remember when I made chicken step bread for the first time, I made it with great enthusiasm. At that time, I was very fond of baking. I was very young at that time. I increased the temperature of the oven as soon as all my stuff buns were burn Then, the next time I made it, it turned out very delicious.This is actually the experience from which a person learns a lot.
