Today I am sharing my simple but very tasty cooking day with you.
Today, I cooked one of my favorite dishes, Aloo Baingan. I really love this dish and I always enjoy eating it. In our home, everyone loves it — both kids and elders eat it with great interest.

In the morning, I got fresh brinjals (baingan) from plants. They were very fresh and beautiful. First, I washed them properly with clean water. After that, I cut them into small pieces. Then I peeled and cut the potatoes as well.

After preparing the vegetables, I started cooking. I added oil in the pan and then added onions and fried them until they became light golden. Then I added tomatoes, salt, red chili, turmeric, and other spices. When the masala was ready, I added potatoes and cooked them for a few minutes. After that, I added the brinjals and mixed everything well.
I cooked it on low flame so that all the flavors could mix nicely. The smell was so delicious that everyone in the house came to the kitchen 😄
Finally, my tasty Aloo Baingan was ready. We all ate it together with roti, and it was really very delicious. Everyone appreciated the taste, and I felt very happy.
It was a simple day, but full of happiness ❤️
