Today, I will prepare a delicious and colorful Chinese vegetable dish as per the instructions of the esteemed organizer @suboohi ma'am. Vegetables are a part of our daily diet. It is a nutritious food. Now, I will prepare a healthy dish. Before that, I will introduce its ingredients.
Below, I will introduce the ingredients for making Chinese vegetables.

Using the above ingredients, I am going to make colorful Chinese vegetables. And I have presented the tutorial below.

👨🍳Step 1:-
- First, I wash all the vegetables well one by one. Sometimes there is a lot of dirt inside the vegetables, I wash them several times and clean them.
- Then I cut each vegetable into small pieces and put each in a separate bowl.

- Now I peel the ginger and garlic and chop them finely and arrange them on a plate.

- Now I cut the two onions into large pieces and arrange them in a bowl.

- Once all the ingredients are ready, I place a pan on the stove. Add enough water to steam the papaya and carrot pieces, and boil them for a while.
- Here, I add enough salt to the pan.
- Once they are almost cooked, I let the water drain from the vegetables.

- Now I place a saucepan on the stove. Add enough soybean oil there.
- When the oil is hot, I add the chopped ginger and garlic to the pot and stir well.
- When it is almost fried, add the patal, capsicum, varabati, papaya for boiling, carrots, and salt in moderation.
- Stir all the items well.

- Now add half a cup of liquid milk to it. I stir all the items again with the milk.

- Now put the onions, cut into large pieces, in a saucepan and add the green chillies.
- You need to add two spoons of cornflour to the vegetables, so make liquid cornflour in a little water and add it to the vegetables.

- Now I add half a spoon of pepper and add 1/2 spoon of soy sauce.
- After adding all the items, I keep it in the oven for 5 minutes. When the vegetables are cooked, I remove it from the oven.

- The delicious and nutritious vegetables are ready. Now I pour it on a plate to serve.

Today's challenge asks to make colorful and delicious food. Before making the food, I wanted to make a food that is incomparable in taste, nutritious, and colorful. Considering all the aspects, I decided to make Chinese vegetables. Because every ingredient of this vegetable has a lot of nutrients. I often make this vegetable; I have seen that my children like Chinese vegetables a lot. They eat it with joy.
I always want to make food that is nutritious and that my children like to eat. Considering these, I decided to make delicious Chinese vegetables.

It is essential to eat healthy food every day to maintain our physical and mental health. It is necessary to eat healthy food regularly to grow our bodies, provide nutrients to the body, and increase the body's immunity. In particular, we should pay attention to the presence of other nutrients, including protein, vitamins, and carbohydrates, in the daily diet.
A balanced diet is important for us because it contains the right amount of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and water. Each nutrient has an important role in keeping the body and mind healthy and strong. Carbohydrates provide energy, proteins help build and repair muscles and tissues, healthy fats support brain function, and vitamins and minerals help organs, bones, and the immune system function properly. For these reasons, we should eat healthy food regularly.
I like to keep a balance of nutrients in my daily diet. I make healthy recipes within my capacity. For example -
In the morning, I make bread made from flour, and I make a vegetable item to eat with that bread. The vegetables are always made with what is available. As a result, I do not have to rush to make a vegetable recipe in the morning,
In the afternoon, I have two extraordinary recipes. One is vegetables, where there is the presence of vitamins, the other is the presence of non-vegetarian food, such as fish, meat, and pulses.
